I have been told that the first 2 batches will actually expire in February 2022 due to a screw up by Andrew Jones.

Whoever took part in placing - 71,153,846 warrants at an exercise price of 1.5p for a period of 2 years from 04.12.19 - Potential value to Tomco = £1,067,307

Turner Pope - 8,538,462 warrants at an exercise price of 0.65p for a period of 2 years from 04.12.19 - Potential value to Tomco = £55,500

Whoever took part in the placing - 187,500,000 warrants at an exercise price of 0.8p for a period of 2 years from 08.07.20 - Potential value to Tomco = £1,500,000

Turner Pope - 4,125,000 warrants at an exercise price of 0.4p for a period of 2 years from 08.07.20 - Potential value to Tomco = £16,500

Whoever took part in the placing - 388,888,888 warrants at an exercise price of 0.9p for a period of 2 years from 30.11.20 - Potential value to Tomco = £3,500,000

Novum Securities -46,666,666 warrants at an exercise price of 0.45p for a period of 2 years from 30.11.20 - Potential value to Tomco = £210,000

Well the other side is the existing board have taken taken and taken without adding shareholders value, this has only moved up with the chance of new blood running it.
So ill opt for the crew that have finely managed to move up the SP.

And as I have said before RBS are not financing the offer as the money is already their

RBS bank only deal with companies who adhere too the Paris climate agreement.
You need to get past this.

Another point is RBS are not purchasing the shares, they have the funds on deposit

Thanks for the link I had missed it, interesting that he says they are in talks directly with the party trying to buy PQE
then rephrases it to potential buyer.
I think it is in advanced progress to take on PQE and I guess the price to be near $2 a share

Well have not seen a 1 trade as yet

But something not picked up on. Valkor had the licence agreement and then it was transferred to Greenfield.
So if Valkor plan to go it alone will it now cost them a lot more for each licence and a heavier royalty.

Not to forget the ones that jumped in at 6p not to long ago
