Hi Quantum, having a large holding is great but it also a large wedge of cash and each time I near a % we have a placing or warrants that keep diluting it.
I have over £200k sat in this and am looking to ad more from PQE sale but will be more nervous wen I have 1/4 mill pounds sat in one share

It was banded about on a couple of BB's that it was the 10th but is this in written confirmation

Was their a note of settlement date if offer is accepted

I had Arm Holdings in the early days as a penny share and mad 4 x my investment but if I had left it to run I would have been a multi million pound holding as it was taken out at £16.00 a share.
I have seen this one as the long game and only added over the years to average down. its been a long journey and would like to see it to fruition this time

Being taken out is also concern, as been in this for many years and for once would like to see the success & benefit from the long term suffering.

Investors (not traders) need to keep focus on the prize here. There is due diligence going on with an interested party. It's my guess that there is an offer on the table and due diligence is to ensure best value for shareholders. How long will this process take? How long did it just take petroteq BOD, one month? The drilling is just a distraction imo, but no doubt a bonus. Think of the relationship with Valkor and what that can bring. There's lots happening in Utah and bigger players are/will arrive. If the interested party brings £145M to the table, what's the impact on our company value of circa £9M? Keep focus on the funding and ignore the noise.
