If the funder wanted Greenfield then it would be better they took us out as they would also have the multi site licencing.

The extension was used as leverage of the finance.

So if tomco loose 80% of greenfield. when plant up and running our massive profits would give us a shar price of some 1p
by the time we have another round of dilution

It would make more sense for Valkor to take out Tomco at this time
