Well at the last AGM JP told us that they do own the rights to upgrades done to the plant.

Has anyone else managed to find out if Valkor have taken another licence.
I do know that Valkor and Tomco did a lot of modifications to the plant and hold the rights to the modifications, could thy use this to get around the licence and build their own plants without a licence.

As you read the words it says a 10 k plant then a scale up to 30k
but they dont have the licence now and I cant find any info of petroteq selling them one.
To me it has to many coincidences with all the players in place

Valkor Oil & Gas has awarded the first Utah Mined Oil Sands Processing Plant project to REVKOR. The scope of work shall be the civil, mechanical, and electrical work on this 300,000 sq ft facility. The initial facility will be capable of processing 10,000 bopd of heavy oil into Asphalt with a near zero carbon footprint. The initial contract amount is $11.3M with expansion to up to 30,000 bopd by 2025.
