Yep and one wonders with Zac's connections with the heavy financial hitters in the oil and gas industry, why has he not been able to in the last 2 years pull of the financing.

Is it that JP wants the glory and not allowing Zac to be seen as the saviour.

At last AGM JP said that the shareholders hated him, I told him this was not true

it is just the lack of respect for shareholder that is annoying them.

Hi as like you a lot if not all are sat on whacking losses in this one so you will find even large holders get miffed and vent from time to time, It at most times is not personal but out of frustration.

I wish more of the holders would attend the AGM then they can vent their annoyance to the people responsible for running the company.

I was told at last AGM that with in two month things at Tomco would be vastly different.

I doo feel from the comments at AGM we have been let down and the SP reflect that.

I noticed in the June RNS regarding the potential greenfield funding would 'involve TomCo disposing of a majority stake in Greenfield to a partner(s) in return for, inter alia, certain upfront cash consideration, a continuing minority equity participation for TomCo in Greenfield (without the requirement for further capital contributions from TomCo) and the provision of a sizeable funding package to Greenfield'. I'm not sure the share would garner much of a rise on those terms.

Well I disagree to that making not a lot of difference to Tomco.

Well I aske Steve if Valkor would look at litigation regarding lost revenue due to HooDoo.

He tells me that he use to do litigations and they can be lengthy. but the company are not ruling it out as an option.

The board move to recognise HOODOO as a proper party, withstanding is to Heavy Sweet oil request to unitize the subject lands under the condition, all facts within this boards december 8 2022 order be conclusively established regarding lands within the pilot project moving forward.

So was the motion passed this time around.
