You need to read the acquisition rns it states what will be spent on upgrading the facility. no secrets regarding that.
Also bear in mind that China will need to boost it economy when the get started again and infrastructure will play a major part.

I think it about time to shut off the upside and let them sweat it out for a couple of weeks.
I have no intension of selling any for a few years as this will be part of my retirement fund but will not be drawn into the hope each day it will now turn.
I will however move my full allowance to my ISA in the coming tax year so not to concerned how low it goes as I can move a bigger chunk.

I have decided to halt buying as why take up more if they are intent on pushing this further down.

Most of the larger oil producers are up today,I wonder why? could the price of oil have anything to do with it,wont be at this price much longer ,imho.gla.

They all need to drop production by 50% that will bring the price back up
Why produce 1000 barrels at $36 when you can get $72 for 500 barrels and your reserves would be calculated at a vastly higher rate
