Just rang H-L to see if I can set up moving shares from fund and shares account to my ISA,
At this time they have suspend share transfers for the foreseeable time and if you want to transfer you have to sell the holding wait for the funds to clear then transfer money to ISA account and buy them back.
Not a good way to do it.

I don't want to see a bounce id rather see it creep up to minimise pull backs.

So it looks like we are fronting 125 thou for the limited test run.
If all goes well then it is sorting the production plant.
Now their is a 1 mill upfront for the licence and another when plant starts, now is this payable by both parties, if so we TOM don't have an agreement in place for the licence.
then their is a royalty also to be paid is this also split.

Well folks looks to be another week of loss on the way the Aussie exchange - 10%

The management of TOM have neve been good at shareholder communication, at the last AGM they came under a lot o pressure by shareholders at the meeting.
The shareholders where told that the directors would be more open (well that has not happened)
So if you are disappointed it would be prudent to attend the next agm and talk to them directly or even forward a motion of no confidence in them.
It may be a case of closed doors regarding Valkor at this time but the RF part was suppose to be sorted and we have been told nothing of the progress or a retest start date.
This behaviour is not satisfactory.
Don't get me wrong I have over £70k in this at a whacking loss and have held TOM post netcentric days

Their money is as good as ours.
If only we where already listed then they could share in the pain of our SP also
