Robin Trader ..you come across as someone desperate to buy in to any share weakness. To put things in context the holders from the Placing will not sell anytime soon so forget about that supply. They don't sell for 100% profit . Why ? Because they are the same shareholders that went in to previous GB names like Integumen, Modern Water and now Deep Verge and have followed Gerry for a while. The placing was massively oversubscribed and I'm sure Gerry will have a plan with MSYS . That may be folding the business in with DVRG at some stage but using their products in the short term just like Integumen and modern Water. I am a 2.25 bid for the allocation I got scaled back in from the placing and I'm sure there will be many others in a similar position. But good luck with your deramping.

If you read the RNS in mid Jan..it said .."The supplements will then be dispatched to the study participants with an expected start date before the end of February 2021. The study will conclude before the end of April 2021 and the Company expects to be able to report on the study findings shortly thereafter." The trail is expanded but not delayed.

Regarding warrants. When you go into Placings you sometimes get free warrants (1:1, 1:2, 1:3) at a percentage increase above the placing price. As an example OMI had a placing at 17p with 1 warrant for 2 shares exercisable at 25.5p. Often holders from the placing will start selling above the warrant exercise price shares from the placing. If the share dips below that level they can buy them back and if they rally away you exercise the warrants and take delivery. So shares can get sold way in advance above the expiry price and the expiry often replaces that person's holding. It doesn't mean they have to sell them in the market.

Given the backdrop of the market being so weak , this share is doing really well swimming upstream. It's a good sign of things to come.

GLA and hope some of the long time investors didn’t give up hope.

November had a £250k incentive there to do a discounted placing..no regard to PI’s..

Shock horror. CB does another placing. Great ramp job to get the share price up from 1.75p to 9p so they can claim a premium placing price or just 100% off the ramped highs. One day the CFA will do their job and find out who forward sold it all the way down. Hope Newbies didn’t get spiked there as the writing was on the wall. Despite multiple interviews there was no cash left on the balance sheet. DYOR.

rana3 : "Funding in place.." From where exactly? They will have cash inflows when they start Manica production properly but unless CB arranges some borrowing, the cash levels are low on the balance sheet. Look at the numbers..

David..new investors like me will hold. Unless you think there are any old investors who sell on a quick pop. People bought into the placing because GB has made them money in Modern Water and Integumen (now DVRG) amongst others. This will presumably get caught up in that business somehow and the exit strategy is much higher than here. No sellers bottom line..I can't tell you where it might go tomorrow for this week but over a few months and years this should be much higher.

Justice2e. Read the RNS report for half year 2020. That will give you the cash position. They did that small placing last year but the cash burn is such that they may need to do one to cover them for the next six months until money starts flowing in. Unless CB breaks his tried and tested Discounted placing policy and does a financing deal, then i would imagine we get something. Hopefully not cheap and not too big. But there has been a reason he has been doing multiple interviews lately. He's a wily old fox.

H5O The TW comments are aimed at CB in general , but the stock he’s talking about is Jubilee JLP and why did CB sell all his shares. He thinks the company is way undervalued but that CB puts a discount on the SP. He puts CB in the same pit as Parson and Paul Ryan.

Dibs61. I’ve been in Galileo, JLP and XTR placements so I’ve seen my fair share of his antics. In fact I bagged XTR for the second time now. They are all good projects but he often talks up the optimistic side of how big the prospects are but never talks about cash balances in his interviews. He will need cash to progress. Also there are 32mm warrants most at 1.85p so you will get some of those RNS next too. AIM is a great place but I don’t want newbies to get spiked by the Twitter crowd. Be honest , the time to buy was 1.2 area . You think it’s as good a prospect at 5p? Eventually it may be worth 10-20p if Bushranger is that good but you’ve got some funding to get through first. Dic**ead I may be but I make good money doing this.
