Mikiesunday. Also have been in this one a long time. Happy to see the cash starting to flow in and Institutions should keep adding in 2021 driving the SP over 20p. No ramping necessary..just a proper business driving results.

The last month's price action stinks along with the behaviour of the BOD regarding the share sells. The F2F needs money soon and the timing of the mask delivery has been put back further. Knowing AIM placings, is a £2mm raise (dilution of 9.3%) at 1.30 (down 35% ) really a price that the BOD can say they have put in for new shares? I guess normal p.i's will not be able to get in and the low entry they see is 1.40 ? Or is it too late for any placing given mid December and we hope for a miracle SP rise to 2.10 area so they can place at 1.55? I have been watching this mess from the sidelines and am looking to get involved. I pity those spiked at 6p.

Nothing to see here. New CEO takes us to the next level. Institutional buyers will soon dwarf retail investor demand and drive the upward momentum as GGP becomes a £2.5-3bn MCAP. Well done to all LTH's..

Claim by the bankruptcy trustee of Ventech

The bankruptcy trustee of Ventech Engineers International LLC ("Ventech"), a former commercial partner of the Company, which is now in bankruptcy in the US, has made certain claims against the Company alleging that amounts are owed to Ventech in respect of commercial agreements entered into with the Company in 2012. The bankruptcy trustee commenced formal legal proceedings against the Company in Texas in April 2020. No evidence has been provided by the bankruptcy trustee to support the Ventech claims and the directors have internally investigated them and concluded that they are without merit. The Company intends to defend these claims and remains an unsecured creditor of Ventech.

Biome's Stanelco RF Technologies ("RF") division (www.stanelcorftechnologies.com) has signed three contracts, with an aggregate revenue of £117k, that will provide RF process heating solutions and equipment to customers in diversified industrial applications.

The contracts, with two new and one previous customer from the aerospace and medical sectors, provide a further positive indication that small capital goods purchases are being made by specific sectors of UK industry and that the division's efforts to grow a diversified revenue stream - beyond its traditional fibre optic cable market - are producing tangible results.

The revenues from these contracts will be realised across the remainder of 2020 and during 2021 and do not impact on the Board's expectation for 2020, during which orders from the fibre optic market have been subdued.



Paul Mines, Biome Technologies' Chief Executive commented:

"These orders provide some encouragement that we are making positive progress in RF's strategic aim of diversifying its revenue streams."

58% of the shares were issued in the last placement and are really tightly held. 20% owned by Harrington's Company. Many of the investors in that placing were burnt from the Rose placing at higher levels so I doubt they are in any rush to let them go. Augers well for the SP on some good news ..

Am an existing holder of EAAS and added to avoid dilution in this placing. Looking at Beond, EAAS is buying a company at a 2.5* to 2019 Revenue (£3.3MM ) with synergies. Look like a pretty good deal and brings the Company closer to breakeven whilst expanding sales capability. At tick for the BOD and a WIN WIN?

Honestopinion. The BOD isn't useless (other than to private investors). The BOD have been very good at manipulating the information so that people were spiked into buying shares at 5-6p. TW is now on the case and some have benefited from the short side as well as the BOD. Wouldn't be surprised if at some stage despite the warrant money, there is any attempt for them to get cheap shares at these levels with a small placing. They will say they supported the deal massively but we know why if that's the case..

New buyer for 2.5MM shares..TW pointed me this way before listening to Bell's interview. Looks like an interesting mix.

Missed this placing but happy to mop up some shares at this level. This is my third time entry into this share and I have good memories of the other two over the years.

Lotto thanks..saved me some time. I am just looking at the details here for the share. The cash burn looks like £715k per annum for previous year 2018,2019. So it looks like roughly £1.05MM in cash currently? Any reason why the cash burn would have gone up or down? New hirings, purchases , tax deductions etc?

Can anyone tell me how much is roughly in the RMS account currently and the cash burn ? I see they raised £265k in July and £350k in April this year.

Ibrox. I did my research. How much cash do they have left, £0.5mm ? Would imagine they need to raise money soon. Why did the two main men sell all their shares after the recent RNS's ? Stinks the whole thing..

Casa..RMS is a terrible stock to invest in IMHO ..a pure gamble. £34mm MCAP for what exactly? Masks aren't forever..they will be a temporary event and post Covid the demand will disappear. I've been investing for thirty years and UFO , as an early explorer, has as good a chance as any to be a multi bagger from here. RMS is a temporary flash in the pan stock. If you were to pick JLP, AAU, ECR, RRR, ECR , ZWLD, IRON then I would have a decent relative debate with you but RMS..
