First time buyer..been watching this one for a while. Lucky my first purchases are at 33. Six months delay should not have knocked this share back this much IMHO
Starting to get some buyers coming over from DVRG?9 Feb 2021 08:16
"This looks like a great company! Although I will sit this out on the sidelines until the placing settles." Sometimes you have to trust your first instinct.. Lots of chat overnight about DVRG holders being unhappy and looking at this share now. Personally I think there's room for both and GB is giving you hints on Twitter about how he plans to integrate this business in the big picture. DVRG might need a small capital raise but once done will be fine. This share has 45% holdings of Institutions and BOD and much of the rest held in sticky TP places hands. A great buy ticket last night showed up late confirming cash is coming in here.
RobinTrader you are getting tedious..the brokers get given shares so they might be flipping. No one else is. You wouldn't know because you aren't in the placing. Move on to something more suitable for you like RMS, ICON , GME, MTRO or ZOE..
Gerry has a canny knack of getting things right so i am sure he has something up his sleeve here. He will already know what he intends to do with the company.
There are no restrictions to hold them but TP clients won't sell straight off as they won't get invited for any other hot placing otherwise. Typical holding period 1 yr to 18 months i would say. You have to judge every share on it's merit so this one is very different now than the company was even a month ago. New team, brighter prospects and new investors .
Good healthy rise this morning showing that shares don’t always fall to a placing price when they are put in the right hands. DVRG have good upside and the fact that GB’s wife sees more upside here than in DVRG should count for something. Onwards and upwards.?
Rylander..ignore the earlier dreamer. There was a decent ticket sale today but associated with a Bed and ISA style deal. You receive shares from placing but don't want to pay much CGT on them so you flip them out before a SP rise and put them in an ISA type vehicle. There will be a corresponding buy against the sale.
