Sub 0.30 would put the MCAP sub £6m. Pretty cheap for all the upside you are getting. But I don't think we get below that placing price.
I believe the Grosvenor deal was real but , as a local entity, they may have struggled to get their funding secured. Sure a better placing could have been done at that time . Iron Ore has come off a load since then on recession fears and the backdrop of global markets was very different.
Prior to placing , Align owned just over 9% of the company and offered £1m in fresh cash plus a lending facility for £2m at 12%. Warrants also which would have provided more income at a later stage. But it seems Align said in late May that the smelter deal was transformational for the company .."(Previously a )..Conviction Buy recommendation and a target price of 3.26p. Given the obvious potential here plus the enviable newsflow, Ironveld was an easy choice to be one of our top recommendations for 2022. We are in the midst of producing an updated research report on the company but have no hesitation in reconfirming our stance at the current price of 0.75p." As at June 2020 the company had only 28k cash and raised £1.15m to pay off debts, fees and for running costs. As at end Dec 2020 they had £850k cash and then spent £800k on admin expenses for the 12 month period. This doesn't look out of place for a similar mining company . It seems to me that Align love the company but are upset they didn't get their own way. In fact the RNS states there is a lower placing price because of their intervention so Align got in the way of a better raise price (0,6?) . I doubt Align will ignore the placing and will want to reduce their dilution by taking part. All said and done the placing is at the same level to the one 1 1/2 years ago but the smelter and proximity to production add so much more value.
Spreadex positions reduced 0.5% . Doesn't mean a lot big picture. Someone could have added in an ISA and sold their spread bet position for example (no net position change). The TR1 says financial position so I assume via spread bet not equity position.
Sedanta1..he did an interview as posted earlier. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ulnJanERWvI
Q4 production numbers coming within the next few weeks then the CPR coming mid to end February where we should get the big resources uplift.
When a poster starts posting in mid December 2021 on LSE on one stock in particular with ramping or deramping, you know they are generally talking bull. No previous history..
"The Company has issued a broker warrant in favour of Novum granting it the right to acquire 7,058,824 ordinary shares for a period of two years at a price of 0.425p per share.." After many fund raises we are getting closer to results and Novum think there's some upside here so i will add to reduce average cost and wait it out.
Keasey. No one listens to what LSE posters say particularly if they are short or are trying to deramp
Looking at the shareholder list , there is a decent chunk of Institutional Investment from Germany. Also the existing MM's were doing a pretty ****e job with their wide spreads so the more the merrier IMHO.
Looks like someone was building a position late December. This one had run up to 30p so plenty of room to go still.
I ordered two packets of the 1kg (Strawberry and Chocolate) which will arrive shortly in the NY. I will tell you if I manage to shed a stone of Xmas add ons..
Today just reconfirmed what a few of us had been thinking before, that Market Makers were holding this down for a few months to try and grab some cheap stock. As soon as buyers come in they just walk away. There are plenty of good announcements to come in Q1 and regulation globally seems to be easing towards CBD products. IPO, IPO and more IPO's. Green Leaf is one of our investments and that should IPO as well as Leep. Onwards and upwards.
Mick I have about 9m shares . Just added 500k here. I would consider voting against if I could see a credible replacement ..no Colin Bird.
Anyone who has sold sub 6.5p has been taken for a ride by market makers. Please learn from this one. iT HAPPENS TOO MANY TIMES.
LOL Olderandwiser.. Are you going short here then at 1p? Will look good at 3-5p in a few years..
ElectricLion. I get the pain..I am similar and have been here a while but i would caution lobbing them out at the lows here. The prospects are worth at least 3p if not 5p .
tw.gardner NO. "The Warrants will become exercisable if the on-market share closing price of the Ordinary Shares for five consecutive days reaches OR exceeds 2.4 pence .....
Brandon Hill , WH Ireland , Harry Adams. This whole thing stinks. Leaky bucket shop placement that could of been done at 2p a long time ago now at 0.80p . This will probably be the low by you haven't acted in the best interest of shareholders. The economics of the Mining ensure there is plenty of value but when it comes to deciding which share out of say CEY, BMV, GCAT, AAU , WISH I sell first then it will have to include some KEFI at higher levels because I HAVE LOST TRUST IN THE BROKERS AND MANAGEMENT. Yes of course you will do well with your cheap shares and warrants. How could you not do at that placing price.
In the very short term the markets backdrop is temporarily negative because everyone is panicking about Omicron this morning but as per numerous times before when cash gets put to work main markets will recover and this SP here should start to factor in what the real potential is worth. Nothing to worry about. There's too much cash around for main markets to sink.
We should get a RNS with the news from Friday on Monday morning. Not sure what happened with the communications department there . As people work their way through the developments , resource , location, prospects , 100% ownership and pre funding then it's a no brainer.
