I was surprised but pleased with the ‘make or break’ comment, I think PJ understands that now is the time for the company to move from assets with potential to assets that can produce returns

I think the reason for my confidence is that I’m now understanding some of the complexities and difficulties of the JRP, before I was confused as to why big money hadn’t pushed the price higher.
-The ore that belongs to Gerard.
-The banks ongoing resistance.
-The other creditors.
I understand now why big mining companies were not interested, especially as the price of ore was much lower at the time.
Credit where credit is due, Cadence have really had to graft to get to where they are and now it looks like this graft plus a nice bit of luck from the rise in the price of Iron Ore is going to pay off big time

If that’s the case it leaves the door open for anybody with any funds left to top up and as the information is freely available, new big players can legitimately try to get in before the price gets to high.

My guess (paraphrased of course) based on months of study on this board
4th ship loaded, $10m profit achieved
Dev are now engaged in shipping the second $10m as agreed with the banks, by the time this has been completed it is anticipated that the restructuring agreement will be finalised and conditions met for the $2.5m in escrow to be paid for 20% ownership
SGS Brasil has completed a re-assay of DEV’s iron ore stockpiles which total…….. at……..
