Interesting response to the interview, the fundamentals however remain the same, we now have more insight into the plans, the mine was never going to be opened quickly, there is a lot of recommissioning to do which is why you can’t value it the same as when it was fully working. The share price should rise when we take our 20% and then 27% but the comfort for me is that it should continue rising as the project progresses
Is the plan to put investors off by disrupting reasoned discussion with infantile nonsense!
I for one can’t be bothered any more to wade through all the rubbish to get to the interesting news and debate that some of our better posters are good enough to share.
I’m there as well
My mistake, I miss read the digits (looking at my iPhone in portrait)
Looking at the sells, there are quite a lot taking short term profits, can’t blame them if they don’t understand the company and what is just beginning - I will be holding with Diamond Hands
It looks like 4 and 7 were not passed, is that correct

Does anyone know what resolutions were voted on at the AGM
You’re quite right chaps
Extract from latest RNS below
‘The Settlement Amount will be paid over two years from the effective date of the Settlement Agreement, and It is to be be satisfied by the net profits from the sale of DEV's iron ore stockpiles. As agreed in the JRP in August 2019 the unsecured creditors will be paid from DEV's free cash flow over a period of nine years’
Nice questions Cane, it’s good to see you are checking yourself whilst researching. I’ve allowed for the $103m creditors repayment out of the stockpile, plus the Port and Railway refurbishment along with the Mine recommissioning.
Cadence have already started on the refurbishment work as part of the £3.5m to move from 20% to 27% ownership.
The big investment needed to get the mine producing and shipping will probably come from outside in exchange for 22% (out of Sino’s share) although Cadence does have first option to provide the investment for that 22%.
In the short term I believe the share price will continue rising as awareness of the binding creditors settlement and Cadence’s 20% ownership becomes widely known, then it will jump when the regulatory papers confirming this have been lodged.
For medium to long term see EV’s posts on Reddit
I think some are expecting good news, the share price has gone up by 28% in the last week
I guess the stockpiles have been valued by the banks well in excess of $103m as the RNS states the net profits will be used to pay the creditors over 2 years and I remember from the reams of court documents that one of the hold ups was the banks wanting an independent valuation
-Binding agreement with bank creditors on 24th December
-Creditors reduced from $231m to $103m
-Creditors to be payed over 2 years with net profits from existing stockpile
-The agreement allows Cadence (20%) and Indo Sino (80%) to secure 100% ownership of the Amapa project
- The parties are now completing and filing the required contractual and regulatory documentation
- Previously the Amapa mine was valued at between
$600m and $1 Billion
- Cadence is already working on raising its stake from 20% to 27%
The share price movement and volume at the moment is fascinating, it’s a combination of fear of missing out and profit taking but with very little volume.
If you are all in or have a huge holding, should you sell some when the sp jumps before the RNS lands?
I was watching Polarean (another binary stock) which was ‘95% nailed on’ but it didn’t get the expected FDA approval and crashed.
With the level of my investment in Cadence I’m happy to take the risk but if I had £50k or more I think I would take some profit on the way to the RNS. I’m sure plenty are thinking this way so it should be a bumpy ride
Interesting that no sells showing up so far today, yet the stock price has hardly moved

………. Sha la la, la la la la
This would not be the best day to get the RNS, best to wait until the latest market jitters are over
Alan Green does promote a huge amount of aim stocks and usually says they are highly undervalued, I do like the stock but don’t just listen to Alan - DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH
That’s massive, where did that come from?
Boobla, I don’t think many are that interested in the current share price movements, an improved price can only be sustained by a change in the fundamentals which the research suggests is getting more likely
