It seems to me that Scale Facilitation are likely to be a, if not, the, investor in ALK's fund raising for its Tees plant.
Now that the British Volt acquisition has completed, I think the focus will shift to supply agreements, then the financing of the means to supply -- i.e. the PH and TVL plants. Any thoughts MO?

I would draw your attention to the "additional information" at the bottom of the first RNS on 19 Dec.
It states
" As such these funds are expected to satisfy the majority (if not all) of the earlier closed hedges. "
"If not all" suggests to me that the £3.3m may not cover the entirety of the hedge liability.

How do you read this i.e. what, if anything, do you think might cause the liability to rise?

Given the backdrop you are showing us, it seems likely that ALK will be able easily to raise the funding. I do wonder why ALK has not divulged its progress though. Perhaps it is a good idea to keep absolutely silent until the deal is done. We do not have long to wait ................. Good luck.

When the hedge was re-negotiated, after the late start to production last year, did the company publish the terms as it did for the previous hedge contract (in the 2021 report and accounts)? I ask, because I would like to know if you are using the updated terms in the revised hedge for your model?
