Yes that was $2tn, not $2m or $2bn.......................

Its good to know they are there with 26%.
Let us hope they do not like the undermining of pre-emption rights and will vote against resolutions proposing that at the next AGM.

Thanks for the second HW video. Given it was made around a year ago, it has taken a long time for the share price to reflect the benefits discussed in the video.
Following on from the White family holding...........
The company website states under significant shareholders
White Family* consisting of: - 915,592,238 26.05%

HL website states Shares in issue: 3.72 billion. Assuming that is up to date, and the White family still hold the same number of shares, they appear to have been diluted by recent issues from 26.05% to 24.6%. I hope they have been able to increase their holding so their percentage stays the same.

(Sharecast News) - Waste-to-hydrogen group Powerhouse Energy has raised £5.0m by way of a placing and subscription of 160.0m new ordinary shares at a price of 2.5p each.

A very important post - thanks. White's aims seem well placed and being able to block others who might wish to thwart PHE's/DMG's progress is great for the world and shareholders in general.
However, I wonder when this recording was made because recent share issues/ warrants etc may have diluted the White family stake. A little digging needed...........

You must be right in your assumption that the company knew at the time of the Q3 announcement. It was on 27 October so a Q4 impact had become clear to them in the first 27 days of the quarter. At least the rest of the quarter has not provided further nasties as guidance appears to be similar now as to then.
The outlook is good, with huge growth in customers, continuing volatility, reduced tax rate and a reduced number of shares to divide up the earnings/dividend. All of that supported by a very strong balance sheet, gives the company potential for further growth possibly by acquisition or by geographic enlargement.

Just like distributing the raw material throughout the country for no charge.............

There's another potential buyer for DMG/ PHE just to do their "profile" some good...........

I was surprised and a little disappointed not to see Tim Yeo present. Getting the message about the benefits of using DMG at this time are important for the country. Clearly TY has many things on his plate but given his background I would have thought he could have made a very strong and worthwhile contribution.

During the hearing many important points came out - but it was a trial going through it and a bit dispiriting to realise how far behind the private sector the MPs are and how slowly the wheels of Government/civil service turn.
