Unless of course.... they announce a "Deal in Principle" which would be subject to the results being accepted and approved.... this would show, WHO is interested and allow each to make up their mind, if the partner was worthy and not scrapping the barrel to raise the 20 mil ?

Personally if it was a Major? would they really worry about buying these "super compounds" on the cheap? No imo!

any ceo worth his or her salt, would be doing everything to create a positive vibe, not allowoing the finance guys to rule the roost and looking at past raises, and choices, a blind man could probably have done better!!!

1... simple logic, if the last placing at 1.5 stands us at 1.9 currently, so with no further news and say additional cash required as time goes on... can you see next the placings at higher prices or indeed less volumes to attain the required amount of 4-6 monthly funding?

2.... simple logic again, if phase three is to start, it will require around 20 mil (can we agree on that ball park figure) without an rns stating positives, can you honestly say that will bode well for Co, BoD and PI's... ?

I know nothing, more than anyone else, but like everyone else... I have my opinions, right or wrong, they are mine and I hold a considerable amount of shares... unlike some, so that entitles me to be concerned that without further positive rns's to raise sp, the opposite could happen!?

NOTHING would please me more than a deal announcement and an sp rise... I would exit, faster than a rat up a drain pipe, 7-8 years for no return and a paper loss, is somewhat annoying considering all the promises of talks materialising etc...
