So, would it be fair to say, that if this phase three does not start until the new year, you are expecting another cash raise around dec/jan time, just to tide them over until it starts?

Furthermore, depending on said deal being negotiated, IF the phase three trial, is being lead by say, a "major ish" pharma, then said sp will rise in anticipation and thus, less shares will be needed for future fund raises, due to the "partner" the BoD finally settle on?

Therefore, the remaining available shares for issue, should be more than enough to see it through to commercial status ? Meaning no more consolidations, and a stable and improved market cap? During 2019 ?

Did not Align threaten this to find out, and then say they were happy and backed off?

My thoughts are, did they actually achieve anything, or was it just bravado at getting told to take a hike?
