that most are waiting on release of the 401 deal funds to Val and whether it will arrive in time to prevent a fund raise, or if more news will come and raise sp, before, the next fund raise (if required, depending on the actual 401 payment deal) balls in your court Val BoD ?

I would guess that because WS stated I was at meeting and met with BoD, someone didnt want that up?

If Im correct this will come down also... not that it matters at this late stage :)
