They say that there are SIX potential interested parties in 401 but only two letter of intents and no further updates on the six or the two ?

They have said, it bloody works, nearly there, we have 150 + 400 + 60 k due in with 250 in the bank at the last agm, they then RNS no tax credit as yet and they will have 301 patent when paid ? BUT THEY HAVE NOT RNS'D IF RECEIVED AS YET - why bother with either and especially the we havent recieved it?

They said a premium deal was done and would benefit all... it cost the Co 210 million shares at one of its lowest prices, not an apology / explanation / person held to account

They have done many weak finance deals, not one of strength and yet they keep taking more and more...

How many more POOR management decisions can they make, before someone calls an EGM and see's it through?

An honest, knowledged, hard nosed, NED is needed to keep watch over proceedings imo as the current bunch, seem to do whatever suits, THEM not us, imo....

Yes I believe that was RNS'd as well, in that there were SIX interested parties and TWO had already signed LOI ? and KNOWING VAL stated not funding Valiseek any more... WHO IS ?

Surely this is WORTHY of an RNS update and SP enhancing/affecting information?

we need names of the LOI and if they are now funding the 401 next stage, if not, whats the delay?
we need names of the "in talks" of those discussing 201, and how much longer, as it obviously hasnt concluded and so it cannot be that far down the line as indicated and therefore, you cannot hide behind these nda,s forever!
we need to know how finances are, ie whats in coffers and what is due in and WHEN ie has tax credit arrived as yet and if not, WHY not? whats the problem...
we need to KNOW who is ultimately responsible for mucking up the "premium" finance deal that was supposed to fund everything and indeed offer us 2 for 10 at some point? and yet we end up using 200 mil shares to dig ourselves out of it?
we need to KNOW how close Dr Mark Linch is to joining, or indeed establishing viability of 201
we need to know, if further pay rises and or bonuses are being considered for the coming year???
we need to know what the hell all of the BoD are doing to solve all of these issues and silence, imo is not the answer...
it was all warm and fuzzy at the agm and all were jovial and jokey (other than those who did not turn up "chairman" and "legal director") and dare I say it "Blase" about finance... yet nothing since... to confirm anything good or bad?

BoD you take very reasonable salaries for a non profit co at moment, dont you think you should be earning them and updating the shareholders, first hand second hand and institutional ? Mind you why would the II's worry, its not their money, but as a PI, it is our HARD EARNED money, that is being frittered away on nothing but "presentations of smoke and mirrors" oh and patents!!!

We want something tangible to raise the sp, and prove this is not continued smoke and mirrors please, we need to see positives... on the compounds!!!!

A PI had had the common sense and taken the time, to research, clarify and record, such information, over a variety of social media sites, he or she, like us, would use it to help his or her, OWN complaint, to whomever they decide to complain to?

Although it could also help others who complained as well, once said complaints were correlated?

Finally, I would suggest this information, has not become known generally, as this person(s) could well be waiting to see if the following statements made.... (conveniently) most NOT by RNS, although one or two were....

Now if this is proved to be incorrect, and the information gained is correct, then surely all this information gathered, would be the final nail in coffin?
