Sorry, Im an experienced-ist, only take on people with at least 10 years driving and ability to rope&sheet, chain, strap, drive any type of Hgv, plus insurance Co's are murder for the smaller business who cant self insure like the big boys do? But, there are many who would pay for his licence with a clasue that he does a least 12/24 months for them, or there would be a claw back against costs? Its not quite as easy as some make out, but there are a few who work, fri sat sun and make more than those doing a 5 and half day week? #unsocialablehours workers?
