EMMAC Life Sciences Group ("EMMAC" or the "Group" or the "Company"), Europe's largest independent cannabis company, is pleased to announce the UK manufacture of its range of premium medical cannabis products. Due to the completion of EMMAC's 'seed to sale' vertically integrated business model that comprises cultivation, extraction, production and distribution, medical cannabis is now more affordable for patients in the UK.



Rokshaw Laboratories ("Rokshaw"), EMMAC's wholly owned subsidiary and a leading UK MHRA-approved Specials Manufacturer, received its first commercial shipment of medical cannabis Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient ("API") from Medalchemy, the Group's Good Manufacturing Practice ("GMP") certified manufacturing site in Alicante, Spain. Medalchemy will begin exporting medical cannabis API to other countries in the coming months.

The company said it now anticipated adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation for 2020 'significantly ahead' of its prior expectations.

For the six months ended 30 June 2020, pre-tax profit increased 130% to US$50.9 million year-on-year as revenue rose 37% to $379 million.

Whatever happens we know MM's are going hunting for stops....If JB wins it's good news and If he doesn't It's still good news in my opinion as it clears the confusion somewhat, I would rather JB win myself as I think he will do a better job than what we have seen so far from the BOD.

What's needed is clarity all round which is something we have been lacking hence my win-win opinion....but we all know MM's will take advantage no matter what the outcome....I have no stop losses set as I am expecting a raid on them

I would say that the majority that are making complaints are the ones that will never take responsibility for their own actions and jump on the bandwagon thinking that they will get the debt either cancelled out or reduced and or some sort of compensation....we have all seen it with people who run up all kinds of debt on credit cards.

Living beyond their means and have no intention of paying it back....there are people who genuinely struggle but I bet the vast majority of complaints are people wanting something for nothing

So in effect he may take up the position again if the board members that JB and Richmond Group said remove are gone
