We may well see some delayed trades today from Friday's action - Friday's delayed ones were well down on the usual (around 60m if I recall correctly)

If (and it's a big if from me) Wednesday is the day then expect more shakes

Sorry for the lack of comms recently guys. I've detatched myself a bit from here as wading through bickering turned into a timewasting chore

Bit of work and head-clearing and around half a dozen top-ups on dips over the last few days sees my position increase as we await further updates.

That's all I have to say for the moment - just relax if you can bear to wait and you will be rewarded.

ettrading - there is no real way of telling unfortunately.

Published spread versus real spread is often markedly different.

Even total volume is moot given what is happening with delayed trades.

One way to be more certain of the split would be to spend the day dummy buying and selling every time there's a trade and collating your own list - even then it won't take into account negotiated transactions which can sometimes be executed at the Bid but actually be buys.

Boring enough on a thinly traded share and even more mind-numbing on one like Syme where you can get 1500 transactions being publicly displayed.
