PNPL hit 13p today!!!!! WTF

I will be really p1ssed off if pnpl buy Enerox and their prices rises above BMN.

Can someone please explain why IES has been over £2 and BMN is stuck at 20p. I just don't understand this market which ever share I am in is stuck and most that I looked into buying are flying. Pretty depressing weekend

ANyone think ARB is a good buy here or better to wait for Monday?
