Well, at least the share price isn't tanking after this set of results, which makes a nice change!

If there is a positive to be taken from this, its that there are less discounts = more profits. In that respect, the SP reaction looks pretty harsh.

Sales numbers not massively inspiring.

Ok set of results today, although nothing to set a touchpaper under the SP. Worth holding on to for now.

Dr Marten's to finish the week on a new 1-year high? I'm not a market technician, but this looks like a bullish trend to me.

Well, I guess its not a disaster, but alot of it looks like jam for tomorrow. Market seems to think its not terrible.

I bought a load of these. My plan is to do nothing and then check again in 5 years time!

Looked reasonable to me, consistent with a stabilization in sales/profits and share price.

Good results -4% LFL compared to -12% consensus, although it might be the case of by the rumour sell the news. Lets see!

Yeah, and maybe a lowering of the target price from Barclays. Still holding, taking the long-term view!

Thanks for the link IDoMyBest! Looks like Q4 sales were inline / slightly better than expected, tho still bad! So interesting to see how the market reacts. I have a holding in Burberry, still see it as having a long-term future, and at these prices look good value, tho could take a few quarters to turn things around.

To be fair the sp is flat over six months, and flat over the last week. So pretty much saying its not completely doomed, but neither a stellar growth stock.

Yeah, I just bought a few for the first time. I gotta say they look so cheap right now. Got to be a sitting duck for someone like LVMH or an activist.

Personally, for what its worth, I didn't think the Dr Marten's results helped. I think the selling tends to be a more general play on a bearish outlook for the U.K. economy, and picking the weaker companies within that.
