Farage wants to take some of the load off the NHS & distribute it to the private sector in areas where the NHS struggle to deliver a comparable service to other first world countries. Currently the NHS contracts out operations to private health care companies & uses employment agencies to hire nurses. Imo the NHS is a wastefull money pit because of its size.

Derby without Waghorn & Leeds without Bamford. The stats tell us FA lol! If I were Lampard I wouldn't want to be going to Elland Rd with a defect so think Derby will open the game up 2nd half if Leeds haven't scored already. The real problem is that Lloyd's has nowhere to go, the management are consigned that it's a UK business. Unfortunately their are better global investment opportunities so there really is no point in comparing Lloyd's to other ftse companies. What Lloyds should be doing is maximising shareholder returns in order to compete with overseas investment options. The UK economy has proved remarkably resilient during Brexit, Lloyds have missed a trick by not rewarding their shareholders for their commitment during the financial crisis & brexit. Admittedly I've changed my tune in the last 12 months :)

Institutional investor's avoiding Lloyd's till the BB programme is complete, why invest here when Lloyd's will clip your returns, might as well get weighed in on consumables while the brexit dust settles. The timing of the buy back programme is nieve. Post financial crisis lth's like myself have had very little silver lining on their investment, sure the fortunes of Lloyd's have turned a corner but lth have not realised those fortunes weve been shortchanged.
