Wids it's me that's egging BB on, I started with motors & moved onto boilers & white goods just to demonstrate how environmental issues prompt folk to part with their money. Look at central heating systems same thing, hot water tanks, emersion heaters, than continuous H/W systems, then condensing boilers. The next thing is hermetically sealed houses where we clad our homes in insulation like grenfell as heat with low voltage electricity type storage heaters. Look at white goods, they last a fraction of the time they used to.
