smoke and mirrors see my reply to keeptothe facts. You did suggest it be brushed under the carpet end of.
keeptothefacts you seem to be very well informed. If the case is as clear as you put it why is it still being pursued? Or could it be that despite your angle you are not that well informed. Finally stating that pursuing a tax debt will send out the wrong message does seem to me to be asking for it to be brushed under the carpet. If it`s owed it`s owed wrong message or not.
Anyway you see it as you see it i have my own opinion.
Sharetrader123 you could be correct but you have to remember that due diligence will have to be observed. I am not sure what the bondholders had to do but company shareholders would be in uproar if due diligence what not observed.
Much more annoying to me is your implication that the tax authorities in Morocco
will simply brush this under the carpet. This money belongs to their people. Not Sound shareholders. Anyway the SP should be multiples of it`s current standing, that i do agree on
I cannot understand why the tax issue has not been resolved yet. We are told it is over whether a transaction is taxable or not. That should be easy to clarify. Its not as if there has been false accounting or false claims made, IS IT. No buyer is going to make an offer to buy Sound with an unspecified debt on it`s books. Mad to think otherwise. It`s not beyond the realms of fantasy to think they might be waiting for a disaster to befall Sound. After all Sound cannot take the gas home with them.
All this talk of the ducks lining up right place right time but as soon as there is a slight gain (and lets be fair they are very slight) there comes the inevitable slide back. Something cannot be right.
Sharetrader123 that is a good read, no a very good read.Makes me very hopeful. All we now require is for these positive reports to turn into significant rises on the SP. Sorry if it`s negative but there have been so many false dawns. Lets hope this one is `the real deal`
Blind leading the blind
It`s never going to get to 20p or 30p and i think 10p will be a stretch. It`s 2.30 as i post and like a poster said earlier this week `snakes and ladders` It cannot sustain any increase in the SP. No matter all of the ducks in a row all of the ramping and Morocco being a stable place to do business (if i could add imojes i would) and all of the other crap posted. It always falls back
Regarding goza172 and his claim of a safe regime i refer you to my earlier comment reference clowns. Some posters just post. Never mind if it`s factual or not
A spread of 4.5% is bigger than normal? Where can i find the figures to confirm that?
Hahaha i like that Tincan. Good sense of humour. Essential for Aim investors. Thats really tickled me. I have a vision of someone sitting there with a shawl wrapped around them rocking back and forth muttering to themselves. Nice one
goza172 you don`t seem to be exercising your democratic right to post what you like the last few days. Where are the 20p a share brigade now. As i said it`s better to wait and see rather than profess to be a soothsayer who knows what`s coming. Just make yourself look a clown.
Not to worry though because your anonymous, another plus of living in a democracy.
Good on you Southmead. Puts me in the shade. My intention was to point out that we should be talking about the gas and oil but i see i`ve started something. Great phot of Biggles in his plane. Again trumped me easily.
Blackdogtaff i`m happy for you. It`s an achievement to get a pilots license i`m sure. I had a friend who had one . What i was laughing at was is this the real place to tell people of it. I have scuba dived the Indian Ocean The Red Sea and The South China Sea. Bungy jumped in Thailand, safaried in Kenya and Tanzania . I have been under Khufu`s pyramid in Egypt
and on top of one in Mexico. Plus i have been drunk in my home town. My point is this is supposed to be about Sound finding gas in Morocco (where i rode a camel) not about peoples knowledge of helicopters. Anyway rant over for a few weeks.
Hahaha it could only happen on AIM and especially on the Sound board. How lucky we are to have a bunch of investors/posters who are experts on helicopters and helipads. Classic. Does cheer me up first thing and put a smile on my face for the day. Some of you are clearly in lala land.
goza172 you are absolutely correct. It is a free board and we do live in a democracy which is why i have and post my opinion. Thanks for pointing that out
Whilst this week has been nothing but good news and gives really positive hopes for the future i find it laughable that posters are already stating 20p will be easy to achieve.
Yes all of the signs are good but lets not get carried away.
As i thought you have no facts to dispute what PS posted. Just rhetoric and the same old blind trust or hope that all will come right in the end. All i asked was for a reasoned counter argument to his points. Anyway no bother we have had this for years and i dare say it will be years more with the SP hovering between 2p and 3p. God only knows how long those ducks can keep standing. Quack quack
sharetrader123 our posts must have overlatted. Again which facts in his post are incorrect. Put our minds at rest please
Please tell me what are the facts posted by PS that you think he/she fabricated or had wrong. Just being rude to him/her does not make him/her wrong or you right. Post some facts to show where he/she is wrong.
I`ll wait with bated breath.
Tendara and Anchois both have big reserves. However, i notice that MNOH are favouring the latter with Chariot as the operator. They still hold 25% of the shares there. We are all aware that major funding will be needed to progress for both companies. That will not come from the Moroccan government itself and with them favouring Chariot that could be a big problem for Sound.
I could be misreading the situation entirely but i find it strange that MNOH jumped out of bed with Sound and are now fully endorsing Chariot. Their gas is offshore but supposedly of very high quality and more profitable. Maybe nothing but the article is available on Google.
