Obelix and bell , you should be careful about accusing people of being bi polar. First of all I own 1.79m shares , would consider increasing if I make money out of pyc. Second it is not thought police here. I just get peethed when I read too much of stuff that contradicts what share price is doing, the fact that milestone payments have not turned up, that Sierra share price has plummeted and has had to give up a share of company to avoid paying milestones, that our share price is trading at very low level, that one day of rise and you get people who start saying it’s a 2 pound a share value and the there is a tirade of posts which read more like a plot in Agatha Christie model in terms of joint up the dots latest being that someone from suerrra is coming to uk so this must mean an explosive rns is about to happen. So sorry guys I have paid my money, I have bought shares so I can say what I like

It would give me more confidence if we were licensed to a company who can afford to pay milestone payments rather than giving up a share of company and reduced royalties . Fine for Celgene as they can take the risk , but bad for sar considering they have there one and only licensed product with the failing company. Don’t believe srra will be announcing much in London Thursday but would love to be proved incorrect. Current situation not confident

Thanks for posting . I wonder the reason for deal? Big slice of company to give especially as you have a phase 3 trial. It seems very cheap but we do not know future milestone reduction and reduced royalty . When that becomes more apparent we will have our value of sra I suppose. Could it be Gilead interested in sra and happy to take hit on other drug? Also what’s to stop Gilead buying srra although I assume they have a different class of share?

Correct and considering that share prices now reflect all information available including projections I would say that the market is pretty un confident that a license deal is close

I think you just confirmed frank s thought . We are in a really good position but we could go bust! No frigging commercial deals not even close to and the one we have licensed has not paid milestone and have now given up 10% of company because it cannot pay milestone or does not back itself enough.

With all due respect who said we are getting closer? Commercialisation is closer and so far there is no indication we are close. There is a propensity to jump gun here. Srra is in all sorts of confusing trouble so at present we can write that one off

Either buy out or bust I wager Sierra will not exist n 12m time so sar needs to be more communicative. Sar value is mostly related to Sierra , no other license exist so no other potential cash flow. The market will put very little value or a very high risk adjusted value to everything else. Could be a really good time to buy not sar as I see it testing .02’s again

They have 9 months cash. Reading a very interesting read about end of accounting and relationship with share price. Basically last 20 yrs in us no empirical relationship between company asset value , earnings and share price. However cash is a much more reliable indicator . Therefore market is sceptical of Sierra as its cash situation is bad. Forget accounting results, management literature etc markets look at cash and it’s cash forecast, therefore Sierra is currently high risk . What it means for sar I do not know

Especially pancreatic which currently is terminal. However Thoth they need to do a deal and they have to start naming companies. They don’t have to be too obvious about but they could actually drop hints at least. I can see them doing nothing fora year saying forever doing research , do a ducking deal cash in and dissolve company
