Yeah I think I'm reading too much into it. I just thought why not hold all what you have by other method of raising cash rather than sell to accumulate , but as riddler pointed out he may not have that spare cash so better to sell one share to get three back.

My question was a valid one so if anyone can answer I would appreciate. I don't need a whole page of copy and paste either riddler

Why sell shares to buy same shares? Why not just borrow 30k and keep original shares. To me it means short term there is not a lot of value to be had, hope I'm wrong
