I think cobalt we are where we should. Slot on this board is pure positive conjecture. That's not to say it will not happen but time will tell. Hopefully in next 2 months things will be slot clearer. A valuation 5- 10 times from here in short time is not inconceivable but a deal needs to be down

Doesn't that depend how revenue is recognized. I would have thought some of it would be ? It's a trading update and it highlights that they will be short on revenue. It's only relevant if you consider 12 months accounts relevant. I'm more interested in pipeline ie future revenue. They signalled they have brought a business developer on so in summary they have done ok they feel they could have done better but it's been difficult 12 months for the industry with less contract time but hopefully that will change

i am in an industry essential work force so had both last month as did my wife. I thought it was really well run but i hear less than positive stories as well.

Yeah i didnt phrase very well. all the research stuff fantastic especially where we feel we have a stake in it . it was more the ones about how bad India is and heard from a friend stories. I understand why people post , but I'm just thinking , heck we know how bad this is and we know from all national and international news how this is playing out so do we need to have more stories on here? Hey but it was only an opinion and it is a very trivial one so no big deal.

Just to say my contribution was to prove that according to accounts they did raise for working capital. I have no opinion on whether that is good or bad it's just fact. I am positive about pyc and like the company that's why I own shares. A lot of vitriol from posters for no reason . Options etc are not raising agreed. For the record I am from uk and live in NZ, and probably for good considering how badly run the country is , but that's ok as long people wave the union jack flags it's ok !

Truro do you know what usually a share premium account balance comes from? Is either a capital raise or an ipo so of course pyc has raised if they have a share premium account!

Liquidty constraints is operational. So a raise is required by end of year for operational. Then for value growth access to capital is required.Pretty clear to me

To me it's totally thought out. For what reason we do not know but there we will something going on. Had to slightly laugh at responses to my question about June . People on this board saying timing is not that important , go with the flow etc and then bang a rns inferring that cash is an issue.
