Although I hear you jstar in your thoughts about Mayfair offices etc being used..... but it could quite possibly relate to the fact that this is not a scrap metal firm (apologies any scrap metal firms for this analogy) and therefore appearances could be regarded as important.
This is a diamond mining company, regarded by many as the best mine in the world for its finds, and to have business affiliates turn up in “back street alley” dodgy area office (if you get me, lol) it wouldn’t quite have the same effect.
That’s my thought anyway. Prestige, diamonds = decent offices, high end.... something like that

Not meaning to offend, upset or anything untoward but all of these “re’s” get a bit testing. I’ve just read the latest from 100 responding to jstar but because it was a fresh post I needed to look at the previous posting that had continuation.
I appreciate your posts, 100, and maybe I’m getting a bit old in the tooth now and getting grumpy with things but if there’s continuity in a posting it’s easier to read through.

Another consideration could be the prospect of “investment”. If to, it has to come from somewhere - revenue, par exemple. Perhaps they may feel that “investing” into France and elsewhere is more important/urgent/clever (however you wish to name it), so, even if results come in again at a loss, it may be the right path to take for future reward. The market may well see the benefits to this. (Albeit the mm’s will just play it how they want despite what’s thrown at them).
Worth a thought though.

I’d take this as reasssurance that we have not been adversely affected and that (in another tweet) the company is also helping the Gov out rebuilding roads, bridges, etc, as well as helping the communities affected

Just did a check on “to buy” and “to sell” with ii and 10k shares to sell at 4.508 and buy at 4.6.
So my take as per quite often, is that there are quite a few buys going through that look like sells.
What a surprise... just looks naff when it’s misleading.

Been trying to get the “low down” on this new director as I know 2 people that used to work at ASOS. 1 used to and 1 still does I should say. Anyway, the consensus is that he was a pretty good egg. That’s got to be a good thing. Thumbs up to getting him on board!

Anyone else keep seeing these so called “trades”? All very small, all at the same time.... happens over the last few weeks a number of times. Today’s is different as it includes a few sells in the mix.

If I’m reading correctly, the tech side is suggesting an upwards trend. So often is this seen.
Although somber thoughts of how this has transitioned so far today, I am now wondering whether end of day may well see a levelling up.
This company has everything going for it. Completely in the upwards direction for debt reduction into profit, growth, expansion and range in product and awareness. France too.
I think too much has played out in the hitches they’re currently having for raw material supply. Temporary. If the orders are still coming in, then no problem.
I genuinely reckon we’ll be back up near 6 before long... end of week? Very possible indeed
