Weathergeek is right in a way that distributed social media apps of all sorts are being considered. In part, they will help break the control and censorship of the likes of Jack Dorsey, Mark Zuckerberg, etc, who bow to the social media mob. But weathergeek is not considering whether China will welcome the distributed, uncontrollable, app model. Or whether they might prefer to continue with the current model, allowing full content control. The West may adopt weathergeek's preferred model. I really doubt China, and other similarly authoritarian states will.

We have also recently had a placing, and I imagine some people who got shares in the are top slicing to get their averages down or to get a free carry. It's basic risk management. We've had pretty health volume since the placing, so hopefully we've worked through most of this. The sp is also very far north of the placing price which is a huge positive. But I expect we will need news of some sort to reverse the drift.

Really hard to buy.

Bakky, you posted an extract from BMD earlier. You left out this: "As I understand it news should come within the next 21 days however it could drop at any time on a major Covid 19 contract win.". That post was 28 Feb, so taking us to 21 March. And we know the company are in discussions with Tesco Boots and Amazon, because the CEO said so in an interview, so we DO know about other tenders. And to talk about 2 separate p&ds by BMD in the last month alone is ridiculous. His posts are connected. So, you also are posting partial, incorrect info. Either you haven't researched or you are being disingenuous. If you can quote part of a BMD article to suit your agenda while not mentioning the rest of it, or the context, and describe it as a p&d, it must be the latter.

Quotes the sarcastic bit from Dan Levi's post as if he's taking it seriously. Lol. Also claims he's buy in when the price us much higher, straight after news. Sounds like a recipe for getting spiked to me. I get some loser had to pay the all time high print of £1.265 for their ODX shares. He should do a sitcom about AIM investing. It'd be as funny as The Office. And we're getting it for free.

So bakky, are you counselling similar caution over on the ODX board, or is it all £10 by Easter, boom, wwtbootw, and similar rampy nonsense? It looks a bit toppy to me, but hey, it's a big deep market, there's always another trade, we're all grown ups, and there are always people on BBs talking their own book. It's always seemed to me to be a dick move to go on BBs where you're not invested to try and talk it down, in the hopes people will sell up and move their money in to the share where your holding is underwater. But there will always be the desperate who'll try anything.

Check out his hilariously defensive post from 14:26 on the NCYT board. And he claims not to be all in on ODX and underwater? The smell of sweaty desperation is all over it. Pmsl.

The roadmap on page 12 specifically mentions March 21 for 'retail discussions'. They have already started, the CEO confirmed that in interview (mentioning the likes of Tesco and Amazon). Will they conclude and be announced exactly on 21 March? Probably not, because its not just up to MHC, but the counter party too. It's indicative. It could come sooner, or later. And the 21 March is for a commercial tie-up. A Government contract would be on top.

Don't listen to Bakky - he hasn't even bothered to do the most basic research here, he just turns up to bash. Because ODX (he is all in there, and underwater) are just mass fabricators, high volume, low margin, with little scope for real sp upside, unlike here, where we have great margins, and just need the contracts to build volume.

Don't forget, we are already approved by the Government to supply 'test to release' kits to people quarantining, at £95 a pop, and we are already selling. Unlike the endless jam tomorrow ODX.

Bish, there's been extensive discussion of this case over on the ODX board. If you read the article, it refers to contracts signed before Oct 7 last year, so all at least 6 months ago. Most of the are much earlier than that, back in the chaos at the start of the pandemic when the Govt panicked about the NHS being overwhelmed and pictures of people dying in hospital corridors, like we were seeing from Italy. Yes, DHSC failed to follow the exact letter of regulatory compliance procedure for disclosing the contracts it had signed within 30 days. Some even taking up to 40 days to be disclosed, shock horror. Overwhelmed administrators concentrated on getting the stuff, not on gold plated regulatory compliance, and good for them I say. But more staff have now been allocated to ensure the gold plating can happen, and Jolyon Maughan, the Brexit derangement syndrome guy behind the Good Law Project can be happy he's shown up Boris's govt. ironically just at the time when the UK seems to be leading the way in getting on top of the pandemic. By, among other things, getting 'test to release' in place for those incomers who must quarantine.

So, all good, this is nothing to be agitated about.

Mcoption. There's not much point in trying do a value investment assessment on this one at the moment. People are investing here in the hope of large contracts landing, which will be transformational for the Company. A bit like the way they are investing in GDR, ODX, AVCT, etc. All of which have much higher market caps. We are hoping for the sort of explosive rerating those companies have enjoyed.

For value investment, Lloyds probably isn't too bad.

Yes, they put an RNS out on 29 Dec saying they'd secured this. It's taken a while for the Govt to get the scheme up and running with quarantine hotels. I think this sort of thing will be here to stay fur a good while yet. It'll take years to vaccinate the whole world.

They have both helped to get this company on people's radar, but what have they said that we don't already know? Not much, really. We know the company has had good products, but found it difficult to make sales. We know the old Board got removed last year, and replaced with a solidly experienced team with a strong focus on marketing. We know they acquired a genomic testing division. We know they got on to the Government approved list to supply test to release kits for people flying in to the country which are already being sold and getting good reviews on trustpilot. We know they are negotiating with big organisations, public and private, and that we are expecting contract news soon.

So, what did they say that we don't know? Two things, I think. Firstly, that they are doubling up their staff at their Manchester labs, to meet the demand that is already there. We haven't been officially informed of that. Secondly, and critically, that the contract or contracts they seem to be close to closing is much much bigger than originally envisaged. This is critical, as a big contract/s would be totally transformational for the Company.

On the info we have, I think the Company market cap will rerate to around 10-12p before news, then, assuming it really is a fantastic contract, to 20+p.

Good luck all. Ignore the derampers, who've just turned up, and obviously know very little about what's actually going on here.

Just ignore the deramping tool. Better still, block him. Don't engage, he only turned up this afternoon and obviously wants to get in cheaper. Even though theres plenty of money to be made from this level.

Bakky turned up on this board for the first time this afternoon, relentlessly talking this down. A bit funny as he seems to be an ODX holder. What is the market cap there, on no sales yet? I won't spam their board pointing this out though if bakky bakkys off here.

The reality here is that there is a pretty small free float, despite the number of shares in issue, and the recent placing. So the MMs are having a lot of difficulty meeting demand, and need to lift the price to try and shake some out of sticky hands.
