oriens, i suspect they maybe in a blackout period during the resolution and or ongoing mediations that would prevent a buy
ref the travel so hard to keep up with the constant changing rules
i didn't think any airlines are currently accepting LFT's for fit to fly? I guess NCYT need to really push this gold standard LFT test then to aid take off (pun intended)
well that was great RNS (im still guessing we wont get much traction on the SP until the dispute is resolved though)
Do have a couple of question/ observations:
1. the private market for LFT i can only assume is not going to primarily be the UK? Afterall anyone can get a "free" NHS branded LFT just wondering how is going to "pay" for one (i know there is the accuracy debate but will people pay for a more accurate LFT?)
2. Only the statement of OEM partnership, i could not deduce from the RNS if we are manufacturing and sticking a partners name/lable on it or if we have a partner manufacturing it and sticking out own name on it
agreee, im in this share for the long hall average around the high 8's (depressingly so) Keep thinking i should average down now at this price but don't want too many eggs in a particular basket
i saw that too, wonder if that is a google bug (ive seen it before some time correct a few hours later or sometimes just shows as a big drop the next day
Deas, i think time will tell no one really knows is the honest answer and you can always manipulate statistics to show what ever narrative you want to push
@deas point taken, but you also need to look at the volume of people in that, for exactly if 2 people died and 1 was fully vaccinated you could say that the vaccine is only 50% effective however the sample data is high enough. Im not saying your wrong i just think we need to be careful how we view the statistics
I think that the bigger concern is fully vaccinated people contacting covid and having it mutate into a potentially more serious variant.
i think it we look at the data (and i don't have a reference to hand here right now) put the number of people in hospital as a percentage of the number of new cases as a percentage is _much_ lower now that we have a high population of vaccinated people
trouble, i though that vaccinated people could still get it just that the vaccine stopped them getting seriously ill and ending up in a hospital bed)

now there is a nice little side business opportunity
@ sleepy; yes i understand your point there. For ever pro there seems to be a Con to. Best practices are not really established yet and everyone has a view or an approach and they will inevitably collide.
to say its better than nothing all boils down to what is done as a result of the data established. If a all clear is give via a follow up PCR then i guess the LFT was better doing than not so....
Kaeren, I have to admit i did just skim read it the first time, yep 100% agree its crazy then (and also learnt to proof read more carefully) May kick-start a greater push-back for LFT vs PCR in the first instance (although cost is always going to be an issue i suspect)
This is no longer policy is it. Was announced late Monday that a negative PCR test overrides a false positive LFT test. See here : https://schoolsweek.co.uk/pupils-with-positive-home-covid-test-can-return-after-negative-lab-result-government-confirms/
thanks for the reference and good to put his comment into context too. cheers
Who was the chap on the bottom left of of video feed (for those who where watching)
I don't know if i heard him correctly or not but near the beginning of the video they discussed LFT & PCR and this chap was saying that regarding accuracy there was not much difference between the two and it was something being jumped on by the press.
Did i really just hear that correctly? Im hoping that was a mistake on my behalf.
i don't want a dividend i would prefer the money is reinvested in acquisitions or R&D
it certainly is nice to be up 8% but still down on where we where last week, let alone the pre RNS results price. where as i am happy its still got a way to go
I imagine that a RNS regarding the status of contract is not permitted at this stage and probably dependent on lengths of string as to when we will get that. Happy to wait. As somone already mentioned their cash pile is almost half the market Cap
