L2 is a trading a trading platform that lets you see all the orders that traders are trying to get filled. Just because the L2 shows alot of volume doesn't necessary mean that the orders get filled and that the SP price changes. But it does show there is alot of interest in the share and that there is the potential for orders to be filled.

Well let us not be too harsh on a UK based company struggling to get through tough times. I am thirty percent down but with the company having to fight it's way through a no deal Brexit and Covid, you can only expect some choppy waters. Surprise that there were big majorities for all the resolutions at the general meeting. It could be that the board are expecting the SP to fly as they are not giving PIs a chance to buy in at any subscription discount.
