Forward PE looks a lot better than 20.Also cash in the bank takes EV down to nearer £3 million.Latest RNS showing a 'bank 'of quality customers.I reckon we have touched the bottom & can anticipate a strong 2013.They have a strong product ,a growing customer base ,in a recovering sector.I like its prospects- either growing organically or perhaps being swallowed by a bigger IT player.

Jamie012002,one I've been tracking.Not yet taken the plunge.certainly don't lie current price spread! A good sector to be in but as you say prelims now key.

Wasn't it a full year ago bb got excited about £8 million + pipeline .Now its £9 million +but surely its the rate we convert & cash in? All that's new is a good non exec .( non execs are like bidets - look good but dont do much)?I question whether much will change( price trend certainly hasn't responded since that particular RNS).What am I missing?

hi Jolly,interesting observation but HGM has P/e & EV / ebitda ratios HALF the level of PAF plus its book value is .7 vs 3+....of course we both know wen it comes to quality GDP up there.

Likely to head below 80p after initial bid fever dies down.Day traders will move on & reality is that many of these speculative approaches don't follow through( Chemring,goals soccer).Worth while hold longer term but mining sector fraught with macro worries.

Still in @ CEY .Still see minimum 50% ups1de from 50p.DYOR et al.Good start to year as I pushed the boat out on that one!Also expect WSG to kick on through 40p from here.looks like most of the fun has already been had on Dart?I expect a market correction any day soon so have parked a fair amount £££ on perennial favourites like Av.,CSN until they behave better when the gloom returns.Hope your net net screening identifying some choices cuts.

Jolly,Received & understood....may I ask what makes you optimistic about DTG. Feeling very pleased with myself wrt CEY & WSG- with more strong ups1de to come imho.Now all I need is GBO,GDP & AVN to eventually come good!

A few business reality facts.....big investment in India with significant rupee devaluation & core demand for its core metal products on the floor.Will recover...just not in early 2013

Latest Chapel st deal means we cover the share price with dosh!! Just a significant private equity portfolio on the side & limited liability carbon credit offset.But plenty value.Cmon big VC houses...a great arbitrage play.

Excellent HBO partnership for Eros with such a strong back catalogue of content....and long term earner on future blockbusters.Should excite US market( who value entertainment brands much higher) when 2013 US listing occurs.

Lets hope this set of results gets the thumbs up from the market( though it looks like momentum slowed in 2 nd half).Nice to see they have done the right thing on divi!

Jolly,posted my key comments on DWHT on DWHA(inc my yr end projections ha!) .the only thing that made me nervous is the large spread(6-8%) .not one you would want to have to bale out of in a bad week for the market.I will post my thoughts on AVN later on that board.Enjoy the weekend.

The A shares as you highlighted trading @30% discount yet rank pari passu apart from voting rights(no big deal).Family director spouses have plenty so that just means we pick up more dividend.Can we expect sales of £55m(Ly:41.5),profits of 6.5m(4.4) given trailing 12 mth & their bullish close statement?That should please the market.Maybe even a divi hike given strong cashflow.Not long to find out if its an A lister !
