Share price14 Oct 2020 13:19
I told myself I would not look at this daily, but after the rns i have started to again. Mainly in the hope that we had turned a corner. Unfortunately not. Gas prices still firming and what happens here the share price continues to fall.
Mitch Flegg states that the next acquisition will be at least half market cap. No good if we continue to drop. What is he looking at a purchase when we are trading at 50p. Which i hasten to add would not surprise me. Rockrose fell well below its coh value. This could quite easily fall to around coh. What i find difficult to understand is that the largest holders are not jumping up and down and demanding a large dividend payment.
The sad fact is that the share is unloved . Even with how the sector is performing you would have thought that this would have been one of the better ones to hold. Maybe a merger might help, but with who. The best we can hope for is a cash offer , but at what price. I have been holing now over a decade and also recently topped up. So i am now out of patience, but stuck with this until they come up with something. The concern now is the shares are not moving with firmed up gas prices. With the biggest worry that even increased production will not help.
