From a holder since the strategic review i would say they have done an amazing job.

The tax implications add up to me. So for me i understand why the sales occurred . Something which can also effect the tax liability is if a major event took place. You never know if we are lucky to sign a huge contract then this would constitute a major event. I.E the market capitalization being altered overnight. It would be nice if that occurs

I am a serious holder here just like many other long term holders . So i apologize to you and all other lth. Especially to those that have furnished this bb with their first hand experience within the o and gas industry.
Fwiw i am more enthusiastic than ever with my investment. Hopefully not too long now for many others to see what we all have known for a number of years now.

I think some investors need to understand the difference between Omega .Avacta and Genidrive in terms of covid products.
Omega will manufacture Thats it. As far as i can see omega does not have any ip.
The orher segments of the business is totally different.
That inmo is the reason as to why the share price isnt ten times what it is.

At least they crossed them. Unlike some other company i have shares in. The so called institutional stalwarts have continuously dumped their shares on the open market.

The equipment being loaned by the government could end up a shrewd move by omega. They may be able to purchase this at a later date at a knock down price. Saving quite a considerable amount of money had they purchased it themselves.

Being a plc Director there are a limited number of opportunities when one is not in a close period - i suspect the guys have been in a close period for some considerable period of time and a short window of opportunity became available and there was initial demand from institutions/quasi-institutions to take most of the shares being sold - whether they are there for the long-term is open to debate. Each Director has their own motivation for selling and it is beneficial they were co-ordinated. I think it is also telling that Colin did not sell at this stage - he is a canny lad and i will take my lead from him. I suspect that the Board will go into a close period for a lengthy period of time as they close out contracts, give trading updates, receipt of CFDA approvals, other regulatory approvals etc etc. We have a way still to travel.

Legache it sounds like you have had the right approach. In hindsight i should have traded it a little more,but they you go. Hopefully they will stay independent and expand further.
