Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
What do the largest holders now think.tgat voted this deal through. Something inmv did not add up at the time which practically all lth could see. So what were seeing that we didn't. Something smells here in a big way inmv. Inmv and only read if you are over twenty five
It does not provide it. I wish all lth the best. What's gone from a fairly solid company into one that is now in decline. As for the dividend. Well do you honestly believe that this will be maintained. I don't. It would also have to be fifty pence plus. Then no doubt ithe share price will be sub one pound
Ps we have all not been effected by minute Britain make believe chi..ky jab . inmho and not pajamas view. Along with the rest of the motley crew. Inmv no one's else's dyor. Just my opinion study yourself don't read anything as advice and be over twenty five inmo. Also Sign a disclaimer at end of this message. There's been a frost. Take care. Lovely lovely posters .
Here's hoping for decent ops update. Otherwise some spivs are going to pay the piper . Inmv no pajaman as I don't represent it or anyone else dyor and vote for whoever you want.gad bless diliquent small Britain and c...not ed millibwnd
One thing i will add Maverick7.
Is that if Mitch,s skill set is more UK focussed and as he has proved inmho he has added considerable value to existing uk assets before the Tailwind deal. So why hasnt the bod employed an overseas ops specialist. There must be some of them around . Maybe poach someone from Shell or BP.
Thats my only concern providing the ops update is good.
Something that has stuck out for me is that The Tailwind founders will have no involvement with Serica from the early part of this year. I feel something is afoot with the ceo now resigning at the same time. Maybe they are off to start a new company together . Just a thought. If so i hope that they are not about to snap up some lucrative assets that Serica may have been able to acquire..Not uk ones theyre welcome to them ,but overseas ones.
If the industry sticks together as a whole and tells HMG in no uncertain terms that they will not invest further. Then inmo there is a chance going forward, but alas they wont just look at the last licencing rounds. None of them should have bidded for anything at least then it would have sended a clear message. So i am afraid they are creating their own down fall by not sticking together.inmho
Maybe Mitch can see this and has had enough just like investors myself included. Unless Serica rapidly expands overseas soon then fwiw i wont be invested here for much longer. Hopefully a good ops update will give us a lift, but in this climate it will need to be exceptional.
Tô make matters worse oil continues to fall. Also could someone explain as to why the ceo was not advised by the BOD to announce his resignation until after the ops update.
One consolation here is the lower this falls a predator could acquire us. So we could still get two seventy a share, but that would be relient on Mercuria excepting the offer though and the two other largest shareholders.
Another worry here is that the Bod who have or are about to leave will be able to dump their stock when it suits them .i.e no lockin period.
I'm not sure about other lth but to me this company is basically destroying itself on a daily basis with the added help of the bod ,hmg and it's advisors inmho.
Surprised
The market s are not always irrational. It's the bod and do called advisors that are. If and I say if the CEO has resigned before the ops update. If bad then the entire bod along with it's advisors should be sacked. Let alone criminal proceedings.inmv.
