Yep, this is fine. The shares were already held in a trust and were simply transferred to Non executive directors as part of their pay package.

I agree the SP has increased since march and have made the most of this by topping up along the way. The FH investment has also exposed us to the US market and this certainly helps paint the company in a credible spotlight with other II's .

Regardless, dilution still means that shares of the company are now more divided, with holders recieving 10% less of what ever the market cap eventually climbs to.

I'm optimistic it'll work out in the end but it'll be ££££ deals that push us higher. Hopefully these are just around the corner and no more strategic deals with the risk of dilution are required.

As like many, i'd rather keep the slice of pie I have the same size, not have it shrink...

I agree on the dilution front, just hope there are no more dilutive "Strategic Investments"...

Would like to see some monetary deals to reaffirm confidence soon, but it's understandable that these things take time.

I do think he's done a great job stabilising the sp, but more work needs done to convince new investors the company is stable and the only thing that will do that is substantial revenue.

MBUX is also listed as a finalist, with note to:

Wonder how they achieve that.......

I'd like to see one MOU signed off for a start, but it's certainly nice to have potential for others to follow suit.

The way i see the ii's effectively want to cut in line with a big pay check. I say screw em, they had their chance, let em pay a premium. Paul has to stand up for us retail investors for propping up the company for Sooooo long!
