They cant steal from companies like "blackrock"

IMO there are three options:
1. A new all-star team is found (That the large UK funds can actively support) and the old team replaced. ----------------> The result is that the share price rockets as everyone piles in

2. The old team is retained with support of the large current shareholders.
--------------------> The result is that the share price slowly goes up

3. Some sort of offer is made.
--------------------->The result is that the share price goes up to the offer price, and that’s it folks.

The large shareholders are not going to let someone steal the assets for nothing.

This implies that their is something in the works here, yet to come.

Honestly I will vote for whatever the proposition is at the time. My horizon is medium term 12-24 months. And I want to see this share price reach its full potential, which is many times higher then it is now.

Its actually in our best interest if they do convert now. Less interest to pay, no share of the dividends.

No the directors have the right to grant the shares, it doesnt say they are given to the directors.

I dont think they can/will issue them at 0.01p but even if these come into play at current market price. Its still dilution.

why would any shareholder in their right mind vote for this ? I voted "No" by the way. So they can just issue +-£300m worth of shares without needing to ask anymore. Great .... Jesus they make it tough to be a long shareholder in the company.

you can also see this on the documentation in your voting mailbox, if you are with interactive investor. Clearly says £11m

Actually there is is something very odd about item number 19 as well which was agreed. It went from £11m worth of shares on the voting slip, to 1/3 (+-£300M) of the share capital after it was voted on in the RNS table. Please take a minute and check this.

Yes, 19 & 20 said something different on the form when I looked at them. They said £11m and £22m. I voted "no" anyway. If any vote has any dilution in it I will vote "No" against everything in the vote. Kind of slimy of the old BOD considering what they have done to SH over the last 10 years.
