They said on the call that the report will be published in late June. They alluded to 3rd party contracts being the principal mechanism for corruption and that these had now been mostly cancelled.

What was interesting on the call was the point about refinancing. By there calculations and mine they will be able to repay some of the principal. @$1800 GP it should be around $200m and then refi with a mix of bonds and loans which puts them at a much lower rate. It depends on the fortunes of gold.
