On a separate issue re deal. I have absolutely no knowledge about AE but I hope Tony has/is doing due diligence about this
futur partner. He cannot afford to take their plea of innocence at face value as It will be detrimental to ARS if anything untoward would emerge out .
The financial world is moving toward a big shake up/clean up. It will not surprise me that in the futur shares in Companies with strong morals , ethics and CSR practices will attract a sizable premium.

Yes I would strategically relinquish as little of the KSK concession as possible while securing the short to medium term . I would not be overly concerned at this stage about maximizing the size of the upfront offer but strategically relinquish a little of the ownership as possible. The real value of KSK is not unlocked yet and this deal will always be in comparison to futur generated wealth be an infinitely smaller amount .
This is also why I am not overly concerned either about the billion+ shares issued. There will be plenty for everyone if we play our cards right.

Rushing to sell the farm before knowing what kind of crops it can grow is selling it at unimproved capital value. Does not make a lot of common sense and Giving in to short term holders and traders clamour is betraying the shareholder who are here for the long term.

Anyone who knows anything about KSK never forget that BKM is the smallest of all KSK prospects.

Have we not outgrown the Marxist notion that " the viability of a given socio-economic system will be determined by its ability to develop the means of production" " that before men and women can develop art, science, religion or philosophy, they must first have food to eat, clothes to wear and houses to live in"
Are we actually willing to have a good look around us and see how the "fundamental means of production " are now unraveling the very society it is supposed to serve. In my view we have not in the crucial development phase learned how to place the human first and foremost. Thus Inequity has crept in to promote unfair distribution and the master has become the servant.

They are for the most part totally disinterested about the organisation and the business they invest their own hard earned money so long as it is or will give them a return .
Well now, Let face it, as there ever been such a thing considered as a satisfactory return or Do anyone will ever qualify a profit as "excessive"? Most probably not . We all know the proverb "Human happiness is not created by wealth", however because both are infinite, everyone tend to think that the richer they are the happy they will be. The " What I own is who I am" is very hard to shake off.
Then comes a nasty virus. A virus which may be the catalyst leveling the playing economic field by making us all poor . What will then happen to the level of happiness ?
What that has anything to do with ARS? Well I believe that there is a possibility to begin change if we wanted it. All we hear is talk about finance, resource, management etc.. but nothing about the Company culture . We have to believe that this is what will open new opportunities, open new access, open the ground for new discoveries. I believe If ARS can develop into a model citizen and fully embrace human social development then sky is the limit for all stakeholders.

However , and this is where I think we may differ , I have always thought that the KSK venture had the potential to be unlike any other. Of course applying Customary method of investing and commonly used business practices are necessary to advance any enterprise but is it all that is to it these days? What about true responsibility? I mean how will we ensure progressing successfully into the futur? These days Quite Unknown it can be said, for sure, but there are worrying precursor signs all over. Can't we all hear in the distance the swelling roar of mass discontentment? Would it ever reach us one day the have and have not will be separated no more.
What can possibly be done about it you may say? Well as you yourself pointed out .. the area was mineral rich (to put it mildly) and you can double that (to put it mildly) with KSK we have the potential to do things differently if we wanted it.

It is certainly not my intention to belittle anyone . I merely wish to point out that some investors should find KSK story more intriguing than they give it credit. Most are invested in Asiamet only a short while and only interested to rush things
up . The question I ask is "what has changed in the stakeholders mind for a transformation to take place? If they truly were informed they would know that KSK venture has been full of start and stop and twists and turns from the start. Maybe had they carry a DD they may not have invested here in the first place. Free market after all.
I bet you Tony would concur. I bet you that when he took charge some 5 years ago, with his background, he thought this was going to be a piece of cake. No wonder he grows more and more frustrated.
I hope he does not rush things because of that. In fact he could do worse than pushing the pause button. The economic world at this time is in total chaos and totally unforeseeable. Tony has already tried to force the timing by attempting to match copper production with the copper price spiking. Full mark for trying but we all know how it ended.

Do anyone here really have a grasp of what is at stake here? I very much doubt that. Otherwise they would not talk about it so lightly.
Forget about Beutong for it does not even compare to KSK . BKM is just the tip of the iceberg. We have seen nothing yet. KSK is not your run of the mill deposit . It is a parade of elephants waiting for the right developer. I have nothing against the Chinese people but for me Letting them have all that wealth would be a big disappointment. It will signify that we ourselves did not deserve it.
We have difficulties , so what ? We always have. It has always been a struggle in one form or another since day one. KSK is
not going to surrender its wealth just like that. We have to earn it. We need to be patient. This means amongst other things that we are aware that sometimes also a times comes when it is better to wait and do nothing. The resources have been waiting for millions of years there is no need to rush. People who are here simply because they want to make a quick buck or two should be able to come and go as they please but ought not be listened to imho as they demonstrate a certain lack of respect and understanding.

Tony , please know that you are not just in the process to sell a potential mine (s) but 30 + years of struggles , sacrifices and hopes. It is a heavy burden to make sure the compensation is equal to all the past and recent efforts . Yes I believe there are still a lot of VLTHolders on the books. If not satisfied then don't accept the offer .Trust your guts instinct many times repeated to us how you strongly believed that copper price was on the rise. I can wait so can probably others and so can you also if you wished. If you do I hope it is not too little too late and you have the backing of the board (?) . This is not Oxiana . It is much bigger and thus a lot of strength, resolve and patience is required. To top it up as the world is in turmoil it is not a propitious time to have a clear understanding of what is the right thing to do.

I mentioned here many times since his appointment that Tony was not convincing. How many more proof do you need?
