It did once when BRE-X was the talk of the town but To this day its true worth has never being fully digested.
Now being left with only a 22% odd I do not see how it can be a reversal of fortune. As for Beutong , it has a zilch value since the day it was added to KLG assets. There are many questions marks about the Beutong project and among others one of those is far from being insignificant .
There has been a number of protests, and to think how frustratingly slow permits are forthcoming you can easily imagine what may happen if the community do not support you.

800+ posts on ARS/KLG since 2009 for an occasional visitor is no mean fest . Specially trying to chat on a BB which is aimed at investors when as far as i am concerned the motivation for profit was not and still not my only objective.
Why bother then you may ask. Good question. There is a lot of things that are not widely known about KSK. Being invested here for over 30 years I am aware of some of the things that made in the past this mining venture unlike any other.
I use the word "past" because time has changed its path. Very unfortunately imo.
Mansur Geiger (ex VP exploration and KSK shaker& mover) used to say about our company " our exploration effort and our community effort are one and the same". Mansur discovered that KSK mineral potential was beyond belief and also
had a clear understanding of the situation we were in.

KSK had the reserves to have an impact but it seems its social endeavour has fallen into oblivion.

When talking about KSK it is wise not to assume anything. To think that all of a sudden the lights have turned green
is ignoring the kind of struggle it has been to get thus far. Sorry to see but we are still travelling on unsecured road.
Obviously this investment should be seen like any others but that is looking only on the surface . IMHO success will
come from deeper down; when the owner's intention (mission statement) is a reflection of the colossal resources that are
at their disposal.

AE values KSK $210Mil. Lets Hope that the Cu price does not shoots up in the near futur or they will snap the whole of
KSK for approx. $125Mil (160-AE 20%) cash (even much less if you take into a/c the paper profit they are currently enjoying). Once in prod. BKM will pay that in no time and the 30+ other KSK prospects ( some considerably larger than BKM) will come for free bonus.

Of course he owns many shares. He knows for a long time what is at stake. He has 30 years plus of exploration data . He already had access to them in the days back when Kalimantan gold had a JV with the OX, though, he must have later rue the day when Freeport signed a JV with Kalimantan Gold. I bet he could not wait to jump back in with Tiger realm after FCX left Indonesia.
So, he finally took charge of the assets and when you own that many shares failling is not in question.
What is relevant when the dust settle is how significant will be the part of the resources cake the rest of us are left with .
Will Tony move on after that ?

The fundamental question any good coach is asking about any of his players is :
When that player has the ball will he play as part of the team or for himself?
This is particularly relevant when you ply your trade in the Asian region.

This is just my opinion. Worthless I agree as I am not Tony . Regardless If I was in his shoes Leonard'name would not be on the sheet.
Two reasons. Firstly , I do not know if you have noticed but comparing Tony' photograph when he took on the project 5 years ago and now He looks like he is about to chuck it in. ARS has given him plenty to worry about and seriously dented his
enthusiasm. My second point would be described like this: it is not the coach who win matches on the ground : it is the team of players. But the team can be truly successful only when the players play for the coach , the team and the fans.

Who recommended Leonard as CFO I wonder? Now that he has been appointed Tony has increased his personal burden
load as Leonard performance will need to be watched very closely . Finance is most critical at this stage of development.
I will say no more except to say that I do not believe at all some of Leonard's "rekomendasi" listed in linkedin.

The forestry permit for Baroi has been submitted and a full scout drilling programme is planned to commence upon completion of permitting.. (Asiamet webpage - updated?)

I may stand corrected but I think we do not have a current permission to drill Baroi.
Part of the KSK concession is in forestry protection area (though I do not know which part )
This is also one of the reason why IMO ARS has to take a very pro active stand in CSR matters so has to demonstrate to the authorities the usefulness and great benefits that a mine(s) will bring to the local area compared to the jungle being left undisturbed.
