MY21 forgot to mention that Tony , Owen & Co with Oxiana were one of the large partners that failed to find the monster they were looking for. Spent a quick couple of million and packed up . Their drilling results were not significant.. KLG commented later that they thought their choice of drilling emplacement were poor. Past experience is worth nothing according to the market?Maybe. The real question the market should be asking is why have they come back for a second bite of the cherry?

how the new addition to the board will make things substantially progress. Tony is not convincing and Stephen is only there for the ride. My apologies to the people in question but this venture is still at a stage of development that requires people with an X factor .

Thank you. I hope you have recouped your losses. I have never felt mine. This project was an unique and exiting challenge and money was simply a means to an end. All the best.

Could Directors be in breach of duty or liable of negligence toward shareholders if a previsible and foreseable development eventually occur and that possibility was not acknowledged or discounted? Also, does this agreement go against the Company Mission Statment ,be it an unwritten one, yet inescapable?

If one take the adage "all the capital you need is you" and that "you" had in his hand a solid project but no funds it would naturally follow that this person need to convince others to invest in it. One is allowed to be puzzled why or maybe see the irony that the only people Tiger seems to have convinced do not have any money themselves!!!! It may or may not be relevant but I have posted previously that Tony enjoy and is good at determining corporate culture and the character of organisations but be convincing is not his strongest point.

We all have of course 20/20 vision of things after the facts but looking forward have we not seen it all before in the coal venture and Jelai?

Does that really matter? Your mention about our most estimed and dear friend Mansur caused me distress no end. It confirmed to me , albeit differently what I was told a few months back , that Mansur should think about retiring as he has already given his all. I did not believe then as I still regarded Mansur as the driving force. Boy, life can be confusingly harsh sometimes!

Am disapointed that no other alternative was found and that we were not consulted. Takes this project even further away from its raison d'etre. Will that leave KSK bereft and the jungle reclaiming its rights? One can only wonder.

Thank you. Yes TRC has been up but mostly down but their difficulties are long dated. Indeed the Tiger Group structure look very ambitious. It comes from the very top and It is well served by their MD . Tony Manini probably took great satisfaction and enjoyment setting all that up and just like you said, with him in charge... there will be changes. I will let everyone however decide for themselves if he is really convincing.

I find it hard to accept that's how it will end up after 30 years of so much hope prayers and sacrifices by so many. I regularly pass by Darling Harbour and am remainded every time of otherthings that could have been. Feel very flat at the moment.

Firstly in 2007 with Oxiana secondly in 2011 with Tiger realm minerals So why now a third time with Tiger realm copper? Owen Hegarty is a man in a hurry ( his 2 previous joint ventures with KLG ended up pretty rapidly) but he is also known to be an ambitious man. I wrote those lines here 3 years ago. I had a suspicion that he had not gone away. ...Is he not the man who at a press conference in 2008 said about KSK....... " WATCH THIS SPACE!!!
