We have to move on anyway, green deal looks dead at the minute. The interest payments don't make it worth while and therefore too much needing guarantees I think before people would take it on.

directors are certainly piling in and you would not expect this much if things are not going accourding to plan. small amounts in the scheme of things but certainly adds up, results will show i guess! gla.

big buy on the screen today and also when non execs take their pay in shares rather than salary that surely has to be a good sign? dont get me wrong they may have no choice but at the same time if this was a worthless effort i am sure they would be looking for ways to change the format. all non execs taking further shares, getting more into the business hopefully due to good and promising times. would like to buy more, will see!!

Business looks stable to me but lots still to do. Directors invested and in core businesses that will come back as the economies improve. Like mr buffet to the right, he has invested in renewables, has many fingers in construction and has picked them up waiting for the turnaround. This is a medium term at least but over time a good investment, good debt reduction, hope it doesn't stall too much in the next 12 months.

irrespective i have heard that very few people so far have taken up the deal, even though i appreciate it has not yet been formally released. the government are looking to increase the reward for the first few as they are worried it wont take off. interesting dynamic, if you have the cash this deal is not worth while, the interest payment negates some of the gain and whilst it must stand alone you would just do the improvements. the other risk is the connection and green deal costs that stick with the house, whilst i appreciate the savings, some people might not like the idea of taking it on, but there is a payback agreed so once people get used to the idea it is still worth while. got some LED lights delievered today, Vphase makes sense when reworing, long term or new build. the new models also help in aiding this and i am confident, especially with the director buys that this business must be doing ok. whilst board members will wish to show confidence, i doubt they either would throw all their money after a non starter. one of a great deal of energy saving initiatives that will change the energy landscape over the next 20 years, we will live in very different times i am sure!

Fully loaded also. Anything in this market I believe is going in a good direction. Comments in regards to warren buffet. He is buying up large solar areas in US and really getting into renewables. If he is in for the long term as he always has then I would guess he is trying to start setting up the investment mix for the next 30 years. Buffet will blend traditional manufacturing with long term bets. Renewables in one of those. Invested myself in food manufacturing, renewables and also insulation through SIG and on here. I think obviously there is a good future, it's a question of time. Some areas global solar is now cheaper than other forms, the price is dropping on the kit.

not 100% but he was very confident. i guess over time if they take more money then some gets offered to the retail invetsor if they have filled their boots!! depends on results and progress, i guess if the business is doing well why wouldnt you borrow money to buy at a reduced price knowing it will rise? i am sticking with my amount, taken another tip from telegraph via same brokers and gone for SIG (SIH) who are in energy saving also but different GLA.

Had it confirmed, all the latest shares issued have been taken up by the institutes or directors. Bit mean on the one hand and shows how these guys can make a packet, on the other side shows business is being well supported.

well i cant see this as a poor situation when the directors and investment groups are investing in the business and showing this much confidence. granted its an expectation but they could quietly do things different if they did not have the confidence. these guys will know everything about the current picture and the near future potential, a great reflection on the business at this current time.

I'll ask the question of the broker and see if there is anymore!

Sorry, new shares offered and out in the open today, reason for the price dropping as increase in shares, in effect dilution of what we have but consequence of startup! Note also blackrock bought in yesterday, so another of several really big names in the game and these guys define toy know more than we do! GLA

So that is Henderson, legal and general and energetix that have increased their holdings. I assume that's the extra shares that have been created for the £500k ? However the shares issued looks the same so I am not clear. Anyone got any insight, if this is not the extra shares then we have certainly seen a couple of big boys buying in more, should hopefully lead to a better future!

Com I hear it's a web site with lots info etc and due to lse being shutdown because mr Ross was getting annoyed about us talking about him, as he continues to say nothing and do everything what he likes!! I assume he crossed lse with some expensive rit, no doubt probably costing more than the money required to keep cosalt going. You see when your that rich, it's all about the name, making the name bigger and of course making soooo much more money to add.

Gone above 6%, so not sure of exactly who they are and the areas they influence but overall can't be a bad thing, people buying rather than selling always helps.

It seems comments written before on this site have all gone, whilst I can understand if people get removed for swearing etc, I would be surprised if comments are removed because people have an opinion that is different or challenge of stakeholders!! Maybe, dependant on who you are comments can get removed, if this is due to poor information then one course of action could be to put this right by being open and honest, just a suggestion.

I feel that the business needs new direction and this might not come from the current board. At this time new options are available, areas where the businesses have good credit, not high or excessive interest rates and a good, solid willingness to interact with all stakeholders including shareholders. At this time I have this share as a strong sell ASAP, good luck.

Not sure but there maybe some announcement as to the £500 k that has been raised and whether they are offered out at 0.005 to everyone? Will hold till then, if I get offered more will buy to keep % the same and hopefully march on. Their broker obviously rates then as a buy and 5 pence. I like the members on the board and relevant past experience. GLA

Plus the share deal will be verified I think next week, the £500k will get approved and with the business. Manufacturing costs should be minimum , the new additions include a fuse box and one piece I understand to make installation easier. I assume they cost more for the extras but better margin. We require a few more deals and confidence in increasing, sustainable sales then nice to get near the buy rating and 5 pence target .
