its doing really well to keep in this direction, massive drops today, interesting so much doom and gloom but a business like aht is doing well in renting to construction. i note they see stronger gfrowth in 2014 but then some fall back in 2015.

My house has over 30 halogen lights, changed all to led and savibg is easy to see and light levels are a lot better, highly recommend. Can unscrew and take them with you! I think if sold by the gov, vphase makes sense, it's a guarantee that industry has been doing for years. If a factory saved near on 12% it would take it. Bigger consumers, hotels etc would do well, perfect sense, it's hold do they sell it in. Unless people think ahead more they would rather have the cash even if it pays in 3 years max. We are a funny bunch, the tax man loves it when we don't plan, then after year end he takes it all of us!

i keep saying it, the US is booming and shale gas is there answer, this plays at least for the moment right into AHT hand, i see this being another golden 20 years + for the US as energy has dropped by huge margins. if AHT progresses and works hard these are £15 shares in a few years to come. The release of US housing starts data for May on Tuesday is expected to move markets. Economists predict housing starts may have increased to a 950,000 pace last month as Americans take advantage of cheaper borrowing costs. The figures will help set the stage for the Federal Reserve's two-day policy meeting this week. Investors will closely watch as Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke explains his stance on stimulus measures after the central bank's decision on Wednesday.

i have to agree that selling vphase is not easy. based for government targets and a physical piece of kit to bring down elec usage it can do the job. i decided recently in change the house to LED lights, big impact, similar cost due to the number. i think if you represent new builds, council housing etc then when buidling or refitting its worth the effort, the gain is it reduces usage rather than a method to generate renewables which i think at this time is a mistake. stop using as much is cheaper than creating further sources of energy. i hope vphase can create a future and sales avenue, keen obvioulsy for it to do well and would expect an update during june.

a really positive set of comments from the CEO. obviously the last quarter and total year has gone well. capital expenditure well up and good bonuses, this is not a cost to the bar the purchase of the shares at original price long ago? i think some will come back to shareholders and i would be keen to understand the next phase of expansion and how will this work. the expansion in america could be used as the cataylst to go into china/brazil etc and really progress globally?

WOW the increase from 2p certainly is massive, no wonder i guess if employees can cash shares this year with probably a 5 year saving plan then they are looking at huge rises. what ever they have put in has certainly trebbled if not a great deal more. very positive and constructive, i think this week will show these improvements coming through even more.

Agree the directors take in shares rather than cash due to circumstance. You hope there is a point however where if the business is going no where that this is not an active option either even for them. The deal breaker willbe whether there is potential in this market if not? Obvious statement, the green deal is back on gov agenda tomorrow, utilities are backing it, concern about investment and then shale gas whether it a vphase or a new nuclear reactor. Everything is getting delayed due to no clear policy. Utilities are waiting for gov to back these items and if they will not they won't commit. If a potential timescale or route can be seen investment will come, this product in regards investment might be too soon, it needs government backing.

USA has done well, economy is driving on no matter what some of the numbers say, building houses and cheap gas. Aht will show next week that this is the case. If it slows it will be next year.

there seems to be some movement today in the vphase market! cannot imagine many people selling now that the price is so low but the spread really prevent buying either. oxo, any thoughts? any news? all quite, wonder whether the deal has been done and we can see some sort of repair in the SP, would be certainly gald of it!

i hope now maybe we will see a better run in towards the next set of results. been all over the place for a period now so it would be nice to see some positive movement. i think it was the 631 as the resistance level which will be interesting today.

I am not sure whether the 500k raising is a good sign or not. In some respects it's not that much money, I would have thought they would need more than this so do they raise in small chunks to guarantee funds or only ask for what they need. I assume the investors will wish to understand every aspect before committing and would want to know the future plans and when their money gets returned? Therefore 500 k could come from some of the main investors, weighing up their current investment and potential loss against letting the business fold? Interesting dynamic, is business so bad they need the funds or going ok but need the extra to push on and reach break even?

good share, sold out barclays in here, bought too quick however and lost the chance to gain from the last few days retreat. however i agree, this will get push upwards more than the current sp expectations in the next few weeks. if they have the cash that we expect they must decide to spend this somehow. i assume they will hunt aquisitions in different areas and try and go even more global, a company coming out of the recession like this can take advantage. or they give money back in divi or share buy back. Disappointed in buying the other day and seeing these drops but actual it has not been so bad as others. Long term judgement, plenty of time to wait and expecting a more healthy dividend in the near future! This share has got plenty of potential and growth opportunities GLA
