If you look at the trading page it's a sea of blue however it's taking time to show confidence that the business can survive, take on the big boys and expand.
Most growth is coming from traditional bed and breakfasts. Hopefully we will see a good show back towards £1 after results in next two weeks
I would keep the building and use the bottom floor but sell the other floors as it's good London property. It's not overall too bad just the loss between selling and realising new rooms.
So we will get an update after they think through best options, could rent out some of the property to offices.
Disappointed overall as would have been easier if just passed
I've watched this company for a couple of years and with the results being the best ever, access into China they have taken this company for a great price.
I bought and sold a few times so did alright, the shares have gone out of favour and dropped hugely, they have now created that magic moment of momentum and near profit point which is key. Great buy for them at 30 pence
RE: RNS : good news re new malaria test30 Mar 2017 00:05
This is a great rns and hence the rise, anyone would think some people had a head start on buying the shares prior to news release!
It might now settle again as 12 months minimum before sales take off, at the same time hopefully other vistec will get approved
after a couple of years its nice to see this happen and hopefully long term sustainable, few sells there as someone takes some profit?
re rate very possible now
again on radio 4. more this time about cancer but all about having the diagnostic tools in order to get quicker and quicker understanding of what is wrong which then increasing the person survival and also reduces costs involved.
seems more info of recent time talking about this area and again something nhs and others are grabbing hold of as a serious place to now look
IT seems the Chinese can pretty much buy everything else in Europe but we can't setup one business on one exchange, a bit funny don't you think and worth an explanation
I'm sure that helped towards the rise by the end of the day. Good start to the week, main item due at the minute is update on agreement with other businesses to sell our products which is a good thing, it can only be I think more volume whilst sterling struggles
Good article. Easyhotel have started with bottom up budget approach which means it's easier to keep costs down. Premier and travel lodge has costs in their room prices which can be hard to shift. We have around £40 million which with the update I would expect it will get marked for development pretty quickly. It's a race to get the rooms out there. It will impact bed and breakfasts to start then more expensive hotels who cant cater lower prices.
Even if this didn't develop like premier it must be £300 million business at least?
So that first estimate of 28 p from the broker certainly a lot closer. Interesting and hopefully a good couple of months ahead. No more from Richard this week
Three "new look" hotels were opened during the period, in Brussels, Amsterdam Arena and Birmingham and the company said all of them have traded "exceptionally strongly" and should reach maturity ahead of budget.
Which is a great design. Over the next few years all hotels I assume will start getting updated. The new software for managing the hotels will come on line and then also franchises.
