RE: Rise-Un14 Jun 2017 08:04
As said I don't think we see any value ourselves with B share listing unless we bought them. However I assume the money goes into the same bank account as cic A shares and therefore indirectly this benefits us.
The aim was the cic fund supported listing of other businesses so this month, they get shares in companies and as they list cic fund gets more value.
I would say cic fund A shares firstly are delisted and little appetite for people to buy more? Based on history. Looks like the B shares is a seperate deal purely to raise money.
Didn't the recent RNS also highlight cic gold and cic capital ltd for listing which we have In our portfolios and it would bring us value?
It was indicated that it's about Chinese money (maybe), so Chinese invest in the fund, this then invests in their businesses in china to get them on a European exchange. Shares are exchanged and swapped when live on an exchange, money can them flow in different directions.
I haven't as yet found the RNS live on the web nor on actual company sites? August deadline given, €1.20 per share! Let's see what happens
