We have been invited to attend the ninth International AIDS Society Conference on HIV Science (IAS 2017) to be held in Paris in late July where VISITECT® CD4 will be showcased. In China, we are in advanced discussions with a partner company which could provide access to a large market which is increasingly aware of Food intolerance testing products and services. The landscape for CD4 testing has changed over the past six months; amongst key opinion leaders and policy makers there has been a shift in the strategy for utilising CD4 testing in the care of people living with HIV. This has resulted in a series of regional workshops being held across the African continent that Omega Diagnostics has been invited to attend and participate in. The resulting output from these activities will see an increasing emphasis being placed on CD4 testing to help those people who present for care in the advanced stages of the disease with very low CD4 cell counts. This group of patients represents more than 30% of the overall HIV epidemic. In the advanced stages of HIV, patients are increasingly at risk of developing opportunistic infections that can dramatically reduce life expectancy. We are evaluating opportunities to bring other rapid tests to the market that will complement VISITECT® CD4 in helping public health practitioners combat HIV in low and middle-income countries.

Seems as you would expect everything is based around listing somewhere, not sure what have all these businesses like cic fuel, cic sino and cic gold been doing whilst we await listing? The impression was that these are businesses in operational to a degree, so everything comes down to being listed somewhere. Don't get it, sometimes think I do however really don't get what's the end game and idea here

Interesting to see who has bought the B shares and their connection to the businesses involved. Plus they have stated a price far higher than anything seen before and so it will be good if this is realised and they trade.

It could be, we will get extra due to sterling, no idea if enough and it seems slow growth rather than zero to hero. The other tests are growing slowly, nothing seems to have taken off and next year is seen as the period of difference. Brexit will keep the sterling sufferance for sometime, this extra cash will help, we will get an update on the takeover/relationship with ids

So there comfortable of opening dates which is good. The new format and hotels seem to get really good marks against some of the older ones. This is good, I think we will see cost for renovation start to appear overtime. My only other thought in this time of more instability, do people turn to easyhotel more or less? My thinking is more due to cost, the new hotels are priced well but modern so how fast can they grow? So has held up well and slowly moved forward which is great to see, no surprises

Which for me would put us positive for the day on buys so the price must have dropped too fast for the system and infact some of these are sells. We have been here before, it's happened as mentioned several times and hopefully it's not Richard S selling as he is the big outside buyer. We have also had dropped and no bad news, granted delays to cd4 started 18 months or more ago but overall it's progressed but not as quickly as wanted in the beginning.

Some volume showing two 10k buys and a 16k sell at 19.5 so they where really keen to get rid. Next update July, I don't think the volumes look huge that have moved this and yes unless something untoward that we don't know of its bored holders that have moved on? Not buying anymore, holding for significant updates

My understanding is that cicg, cic capital ltd and cic capital fund B shares will list in Frankfurt followed by mail listing U.K. . First listing in Frankfurt no later than August 2017.

I hope they put everything in it. We need €3 sp!

Looking at it. The free ones on Dec 2014 is 4% of total holding

I originally bought cic fund shares with my money. In Dec 2014 I got free divi shares, there not marked as B or A just in the same account Then in Feb 2015 I got the free cic capital ltd shares, exact same number as cic fund shares. Since then I also got a few more cic capital and cic fund shares free I also bought some cic gold and received a small divi of shares for these. I am not sure whether any are B shares. However my assumption is the cic gold and cic capital as a minimum are being listed
