and one brand type will help another. the easy brand in flying and hotels is getting bigger and bigger, stronger and stronger. it all helps to encourage and gain customers. interesting the hotel in Newcastle gets taken over like for like. why would Tune sell it on if not making money or liking the location? whats going to be the difference bar brand? so in less than 1 month easy hotel take it over and expect to make good money and pay lease off?

The Iranian, Nepal, foreign franchises need sorted, rev par and business model is now well and truly understood so it's how fast and how much can they roll out?

Yes you are right we do. Mid December update, maybe CD4 getting closed out by year end? My only concern believe it now is selling the product and people wanting it? I don't know how long it takes, malaria tests etc, I don't know how different this is and how much bigger for the company than it was? So they have all these ideas, how long and impact. The rns state different revenue and increases so be good to see. Everything is abroad nearly so great time to get the sterling bonus.

interesting time ahead, increases in growth maybe as some other businesses see an easier way to make money under the easyhotel brand??? if the revpar continues, we shouldn't be seeing more people being hired overall, easyhotel contracts for linen etc will now move into Newcastle and synergies are created!! I am not sure now what this means ?? if they have taken on one hotel what stops them taking on more? I assume these are franchised with Tune, however in this case we have bought/leased the complete hotel? interesting times.

However the sp is taking a hammering. It won't recover without CD4 confirmed, CE marked and being sold. We need more malaria orders, more USA orders and a deal signed for distribution globally. It's needs sales and 2018 is seen as the year of significant revenue increases.

Yes big show next week, they must be literally selling all products now whilst CD4 needs CE marking, the others are being made and they are working hard to get more business. We don't know who has the USA deals, also a signed deal soon with company to sell all the auto batches tests. Lift off or soft, flat landing?? Will the company languish along like this forever or get traction? I certain hope richard S did his homework well and knows something.

It's Guernsey registered for Aberdeen holdings so we can be safe in the knowledge that's its tax free for all concerned!! Hopefully a stabilising, positive move. Stellios holdings are very stable at just under 50%, then polar, Aberdeen a few others and the bod buy shares and get incentives. It feels like a reasonable position that needs time to realise the gains. The hotels seem to be doing well and if the economy turns for the worst it's always a race to the bottom which easyhotel are in a great position to win.

There was potential plans for a hotel in Hull. We've not seen it yet but expect two or three more owned hotel announcement and several franchise which will put quite a list together of what's coming. At least double the rooms today if not x3. So great progress. Revpar keeps increasing, dynamic booking system also so we are getting max amount. The hotels will book out in good and bad times based on business model. Remember it's price, location, convenience that matter. �2 at least this time next year.
